The owner showed up quickly and after realizing how simple my problem was to fix (toilet rocking) he told me how to do it, and even gave me the materials to fix it myself. I was shocked and amazed. Would highly recommend!

Nick knows what he is doing and works capably and effectively. We were greatly appreciative of his professionalism and his responsiveness.

We couldn’t use our house because the water supply had to be off. Nick, the owner and plumber came the next day. He replaced the broken wash machine box, checked the entire home’s water sources and drain systems, ran the washing machine through a cycle, and even fixed a malfunctioning toilet at no extra charge. He is a great communicator. We were out of town and gave him access to the house. He also gave us good advice to consider adding a rider to our homeowners insurance in case of future water damage. Apparently the pipes installed with the home may be at more risk of leaking. He was at the house about 4 Hours. The cost would have been less but he had to drive over half an hour to get there. Other services I called were 1 to 3 WEEKS out from even being able to analyze the problem. I highly recommend Pacific Crest plumbing.

Nick was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He talked over the issues with us and had our problem diagnosed and fixed in short order. The toilet had not been seated correctly given the height of the flooring, so he use a thicker wax ring, and also bolted the spacers to the floor as should have occurred when it was originally installed. Besides his great quality work, he was pleasant and friendly too! In my 27 years of owning houses, this is the best plumber I have worked with.

For starters he removed our old broken dishwasher that 3 other plumbers couldn’t. Nick explained what was going wrong and what he did to correct the issues we were experiencing. He is clearly a very experienced and skilled plumber. He was professional and polite while communicating with my wife and I throughout the process. My 11 month old soon watched him work through a gate I set up. In response, Nick explained what he was doing to my fascinated son. I highly recommend Nick to others.

Fantastic. Nick and the team are such a pleasure to work with. I have never seen a plumber move as fast as Nick does. He is honest, extremely knowledgable, and responsive. We had a pretty tight timeline before we moved into our first home and Nick couldn't have been easier or more pleasant to work with. They did all of this work VERY quickly. Nick identified the problems (there were actually two leaks), explained the issue to me, and fixed the leaks. I have used Nick at Pacific Crest Plumbing for years and highly recommend him. He has installed a new toilet, replaced our garbage disposal, and fixed blocked drains. Nick is always responsive in his communications, very competent in his work, and friendly. My husband and I are so thankful for Nick and his wife who went above and beyond to get us into their busy schedules. Pacific Crest Plumbing was always quick to get back to me, and their scheduling was fast. Nick the owner is very personable, careful, and thoughtful, and I am very happy with the estimates, the diagnostic assessments, and the work!

When our main water line into the house began leaking in the front yard, we called one plumbing company, but they were unable to come out for a week to even look things over, and indicated it would take three weeks to complete the job. We then called Pacific Crest plumbing. Nick, the owner, came right out (on a Sunday!) to look things over. Very quickly he was able to assess the situation, and to give us a specific idea of what needed to be done. He explained things clearly and was genuinely interested in our situation. We hired him right away. He and his co-worker Cody arrived just a few days later and completed the repair very efficiently. We were impressed with the care taken to protect the plants in the garden, and with the careful clean up after the job was done. Before he left, as a courtesy Nick even checked all of our interior faucets, and helped with one that needed a bit of attention. We are very happy with Pacific Crest and Nick. Excellent service! A general contractor we had working for us tried to fix our wobbly toilet but couldn't, and suspected we would need to have a new sewer line flange installed at an estimated cost of $1,200 or more. He suggested we call a plumber to arrange that. We called Pacific Crest fully expecting to pay that much, and Nick came out to look at it. He said if we really wanted to, he would do the expensive flange replacement, but suggested he could try a combination of a new wax ring and shims. His solution worked, and only cost $375, rather than the much larger amount we were expecting. We also had Nick look at our kitchen sink that was draining slowly and asked him if he could snake it out. He said he could do that, but suggested we first just try some Drano and let it sit overnight. That did the trick. So once again, Nick saved us some money. I’m sure there are a lot of other plumbers out that that would have just automatically done the expensive jobs we didn’t necessarily need, but Nick made sure to give us some options and explain the pros and cons of each. We highly recommend Pacific Crest!

He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We were not sure exactly where my leaky pipe connected to. He set aside a whole day just in case and then methodically worked his way from the least expensive to most expensive option. Ended up saving me a fair amount of money.

I was very pleased with the workmanship. They even cleaned up after themselves and followed up with a call after to ask if there was anything they could do better... They have a professional attitude and trusting the contractor went a long way. I feel confident I would refer them or use again. I shopped around and pricing was in line with the current market.

This expieriwnce has led me to not try and use Angies list anymore. It seems every contractor I've ever try to hire doesn't want to do specifically what they advertise for or are just incompetent. I can find the same junk on Craigs list

Great! Nick and Anna were so incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish! The price was much better than other quotes we received and the quality of parts and the work done were great! Nick obviously takes pride in his work. He was able to get us scheduled in a timely way and was prompt in getting back with estimates and updates. He is incredibly nice and compassionate to boot! We will definitely hire him again and refer him to friends!

We asked Pacific Crest to do this work because they did a previous plumbing job so well. They came out same day (Monday), saw the leak, went back and got a gas water heater and installed it. It's a very good unit that retails for $600-700. Their total labor time was about 3 hours. The water heater is very accessible in our basement. We are shocked at the price of $1675. The bill was not itemized. Anna says that's just their standard charge for a gas water heater. 15 years ago the previous water heater was installed by George Morlan for $500 complete. We're essentially paying $1000 for three hours labor. Our mistake was not getting an estimate first. We will not be using Pacific Crest again.

Nick showed up at the scheduled time and completed the installation ahead of schedule. He was professional in every way.
