Description of Work: Replaced water main from street to home. Performed job in 1 day. Everything went according to plan. Minimal mess and disturbance from necessary digging and wall cutting to hook up main to internal plumbing. Very friendly, responsive, and professional. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: Went well. Asked them to look into installing a tankless; they did an inspection and told me that it wasn't feasible given my current exhaust and piping layout. They then did a tanked heater (plus some repiping and valve installation in one of my showers) that went well and efficiently.

The receptionist helped me identify a reliable and efficient replacement toilet and offered a "package" price including pickup and installation of one of their recommended toilets. She told me about a local program that rewards residents for upgrading and recycling old toilets. I thought she went "above and beyond" to orchestrate the repair. | |Although I chose to pick up a toilet myself (a slightly different model that matched the lavatory better), Nick the plumber unloaded it from my car, carried it upstairs to the bathroom, installed it and tested it -- after removing the faulty fixture and loading it in my tenant's vehicle so she could deliver it to a disposal site and claim the rebate. He then broke down the cardboard carton and placed it in my recycling can. | |Nick was efficient, tidy, thorough, and pleasant throughout the visit. Although I can't vouch for their work "behind the walls" (installing pipes in new construction or remodeling), I plan to call this company first when existing fixtures need repair or replacement.

Description of Work: Pacific Crest replaced the valve and drain on our bathtub. They did a neat job and on schedule, and gave good advice for additional things we needed for the shower. No problems with their work whatsoever.

It is unusual to find someone who, not only is very competent at what they do, but also is able to provide comfort at the same time as good service. Our aunt Katherine has experienced so much lately with her old house in Ladd's addition. When she had a water leak you were able to come in quickly and just take care of business in a way that eased her anxiety. Description of Work: I have used Nick at my home and my rentals several times. He has replaced a water heater and it only cost approx 550.00 which was way less than other plumbers I called. He returned a call from me late on a Friday evening and came out on a Saturday to repair a main line leak and he has replaced and repairs several faucets in one of my rentals. Long story short my tenants called me with a complaint about a slow drain. In the past my tenants have been difficult to coordinate a time for Nick to get into the house. After several day of trying to coordinate a time/day he happen to be in the area and they happened to be home. He snaked the drain and told me there was no charge since it took him so long to get over. I am very appreciative since it was really the tenants that caused the dely. This was very nice of him.

Description of Work: Well, I called Nick because I wasn't getting enough hot water out of my shower. Nick was referrred to me by a co-worker so I called him. He came out on my day off and discovered my issue was from a restrictor plastic thing that was restricting the hot water flow. Nick removed it and I had instant HOT Water Pressure. He told me no charge because he was only there 10 minutes and he did not use any material. I couldn't believe it-I asked him where could I go to put something on line about him, so here I am. He's a great guy AAAAAA

Description of Work: I have had Nick the Plumber do several, I have lost track at least five, jobs for me. He has worked at my apartment houses and at my own home. He has fixed leaky pipes, replaced toilets, fixed faucets, and put in a new water line and pressure regulator( $2300). He calls back promptly and will do his best to come ASAP for an emergency. His prices are more than fair. He is a one man show at this time so he is who you will get. He is "my" plumber.
