Description of Work: I engaged Pacific Crest Plumbing to repipe my entire house - a 1958 hillside ranch. It was a complicated and difficult job, but they did it in surprisingly short time. They were very good about not disturbing the interior and cleaning up afterwards.

Turned out to just be the pipes flexing against one another when the hot water was run so no work was done. He offered future solutions if we get too annoyed with the "tick-tick-tick" sound it makes.

Description of Work: I contacted several different plumbers to get estimates for a main water line repair. Nick was the first one there, within a couple of hours of me calling him. He was clean, professional, friendly and prompt. After all my bids were in, his was the best price. I hired him at 4pm & by 10:30 the next day, he showed up with a crew of men to work on my water line. By 12:30, they were done. They put tarps down & cleaned any sort of mess they made. All of the other crew members were very professional and friendly as well. My house ended up having an issue with the electrical panel which Nick didn't have to deal with but he went out of his way to find out what needed to be done to resolve it. He even tried to find me an electrician. Anna was very nice to deal with as well. They are good at communicating when & what will be done. I would highly recommend them!

Description of Work: Replacement of toilet flushing kit. Zack was on time and immediately diagnosed and repaired the problem of the constantly running water in the toilet. He also tightened the cold water faucet in the upstairs bathroom at no cost. He was polite, competent, and comfortable to work with. I would use this service again.
