Our bathroom is beautiful. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! Ryan was excellent to work with and did a terrific job. He is professional and knows his business exceptionally well. There were no surprises. He was always there when he said he would be and kept us posted on the progress of the project. Ryan worked well with us and in the end we have a beautiful shower that we thoroughly enjoy. We would happily work with Ryan again. We have already referred him to others and they are pleased with his level of service as well. Thanks Ryan for doing a wonderful job and exceeding our expectations.

I emailed the company and received a quick reply, so I called back. We set up a time for Ryan to come over and give me an estimate, but he never showed up or called to say he was running late. He had my cell number, so no excuses. I have better things to do with my time on a weekend.

Never heard back, which is disappointing especially since they rated so high on the list.

Ryan was great. He and his son were a pleasure to work with. They installed all the tile and also installed all the new toilets, sinks and faucets in the bathrooms. They worked quickly and were on budget.

He put me ahead of some others and finished the job in a week. He's good all the way.

I called this provider and left a message but got no response.

Ryan and his son Jonah are good people- honest, hardworking, neat, reasonably priced, committed to doing the job right, and good senses of humor. Our job was challenging because we had an unusual vision of what we wanted for the backsplash that was out of the ordinary. We had some good conversations and Ryan rose to the challenge and pushed himself to do some things he hadn't done before. It turned out beautifully- exactly what we were after. They were as excited and pleased with the job as we were. Even minor glitches (inevitable in any job), Ryan took care of quickly with no fuss. He also returned phone calls and showed up on time or called if delayed. Plus, we needed a bit of electrical work done and Ryan connected us with a great electrician- that is, as they say in the business world, "added value". We would definitely hire them again.

I found Ryan on Angie's List, emailed a request for a bid and received a telephone call the very next day from Ryan. Ryan never failed to return any of my phone calls, he was always on time, showed up when he said he would, and he worked cheerfully among the other contractors at my remodel site, even when they damaged his work and it had to be redone -- on more than one occasion -- and despite having to rearrange his schedule when the other contractors caused delays. The quality of Ryan's work is amazing, his attention to detail is fantastic -- the grout lines are so small that the shower and floor tiles, and the kitchen granite backsplash tiles look like one solid piece. My kitchen and bathrooms look like they belong in the Street of Dreams. The granite backsplash in my kitchen is absolutely stunning. Ryan and his son Jonah kept the work area clean, (can't say that about my other contractors), they treated my home as if it were their own, and they were just delightful to work with.

We were just shopping, but I have to say that Ryan's was the most professional and helpful tile person that we spoke to.

Ryan did an excellent job installing a new granite tile hearth. The job was complex due to the wood floor not being level in this 1922 house, but he went over and above to make sure it came out right, which involved extra work. His attention to detail is superb and he's very professional, as well as personable. He left the work area clean. I'll definitely recommend him to others.

I told Ryan I obviously caught him at a bad time, and to please call me within the next three days to give me an update. Ryan never called. My husband and I felt Ryan's neglect to acknowledge my presence was rude and very unprofessional and was not going to use him. Two days later, I received a call early in the morning from the shower pan company, saying they were sending someone out that morning to install my shower pan. I informed them that I was not using Ryan's Expert Tile Co. and furthermore, either Ryan nor their company had called me to schedule the shower pan install. The shower pan company obviously called Ryan and told him I cancelled their job and was not going to use Ryan. Ryan called me the next morning and basically said he never received my phone message asking him to call me within three days and had no explanation for why he ignored me. Ryan comes across very friendly, but peoples true colors eventually come out and Ryan lacks true professionalism.

Very good work, fast, and professional. Easy to work with. Would do business again.

Ryan and his Johna worked very quickly and did an absolutely wonderful job. The job was financially correct, and we couldn't have been more pleased. When we sold our house, the work that they had done was the first that was commented on. Thank You for the Excellent job!

Ryan did an excellent job from start to finish with my tile and plumbing project. He completed the work on time, at bid price, and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. The quality of his work was excellent and he treated my home as if it were own. He responded very quickly to my request for a bid on the work, his prices I believe to be very fair, and when the work was completed you would have never known any construction had just occurred, he cleaned up after himself immaculately. He was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and I will use his company again in the near future.

This man was very rude; he treated his young son who assisted him very abusively. He was a very disagreeable man who alternately sounded pleasant and accommodating to griping and complaining. He seemed to have very poor coping skills with a short-fused temper. He quit on the spot when I let him know I felt his attitude was rude rather than solution-focused. I highly recommend using someone else.

RYAN WAS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS, MAKING SURE ALL WORK WAS DONE TO OUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION. HE WAS VERY PROMPT, SOMETIMES EVEN EARLY. HE TOOK AS MUCH TIME AS WAS NEEDED TO DO THE JOB RIGHT.
