Description of Work: He made keys for our garage door. The keys fit fine but there was a trick to opening the door and we had to ask him to come back and remind us what it was. He was very responsive, very quick to return and patient in showing us what we needed to know. It was the door, not the key, that was resisting our efforts to open.

Description of Work: Here's why the B and not A. The issue was with a mismatched lock that kept locking us out. Metro pulled the bolt from that lock as requested. However, no suggestion was given as to the deadbolt, which requires a key on both sides. The locksmith should have offered to replace that lock with one that had a knob on the inside. Instead, I'll have to pay for another service call to get this done.
