Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a water heater flush in March 2015. I had an email stating that I would be contacted in the next few days. I had to call in late April as i still had not been contacted. I was told by Jake that I needed to give them the model name in order for them to schedule the work. I called on 5/20/2015 and gave them that information and I have not heard anything since. I sent an email again in the beginning of June which was unanswered. Angies list will not give me a refund as they are stating too much time has passed. I explained that so much time has passed because I was trying to give them achance to complete the service. I will have to dispute this with my credit card company. I am very dissapointed in Fast Water Heater Company and Angie''s List.

Description of Work: I had "Fast" service a water heater they installed in 2007. The element had died twice, while it was under warranty, so Fast worked with the manufacturer to get me a replacement water heater at no cost. We *did* have to pay for Fast to try a new element first, when we knew it would not work, costing us almost $200.

Very detailed analysis of my situation and was able to accomodate installation of larger size water heater. Also discovered missing ground wire on the old system and made recommendations for correction. Excellent work by Dale W.

We received excellent customer service from Fast including a thorough explanation of the work to be done, great communication in terms of the scheduling and knowledgeable and courteous interaction with the technician. We will definitely use Fast in the future!

Description of Work: We needed a new water heater. The old one was leaking from the bottom. We had it for 26 years. Received 4 quotes. All were on Angies List. All of the quotes were within about $20.00 of each other. This company is also a sub contractor for Home Depot where we buy lots of things. Donny was on time. Professional. Answered questions. Did not push any additional products on us. Cleaned up afterwards. Explained the features on the water heater to us. Job done quickly. Donny was efficient. Also want to mention Julie at the office who answered all our questions when she called us. Also explained to us the difference in all the water heaters that we were looking at. Would use again.

Description of Work: I live in a condominium with 24 units...all of which have 11 year old water heaters. I volunteered to see if a number of us could get new water heaters installed, and maybe get a price concession due to the number purchased in one location. After reading reports on Angie's List, I selected FAST as the company to call. Arranged with "Gina" for a technician to come and assesss the situation and then they would give us a bid. At that time I had eight owners definitely interested and several others considering it. A very nice technician came out and looked at several different units, with slightly different configurations. He spent over an hour with us and then said that he would take the informatioin back to the company and that a bid would be prepared for us. Over two weeks went by, and we had no response. I telephoned "Gina". She said that she was sorry...SHE HAD FORGOTTEN ABOUT IT....but would prepare the material ASAP. It has now been almost an additional month, and we have heard nothing from FAST. There is no way that any of our owners would now consider dealing with this company. In addition, I am embarrased since my credibility was on the line. I had assured our owners that I had selected a highly rated company from Angies List, but they failed the test.
