Leeandrew did a fantastic job! Arrived when he said, gave a thorough estimate which included a veterans dicount for my husband's military service. He went right to work, explained everything. When done he left the area spotless.

Last night, my kid noticed that our water heater was leaking. We started calling around and through Home Depot, we got to Fast Water Heater Company. And they were fast. The person on the phone gave me every piece of information and what to expect. He also suggested what I should do to the current heater for safety. He gave me a few options and I selected one of the water heaters with a slightly bigger capacity. The next morning, Brandyn showed up, within 14 hours of the original call, and single-handedly installed the whole system, doing everything he was needed to do. We are very happy and would recommend them to anyone. I would love to use them again (hopefully not soon).

I feel very fortunate to have had Nate as my installer. He was a kind, courteous young man who called me the morning of the install to tell me he was on his way & approximate arrival time. Upon his arrival it was immediately evident that Nate was a professional with an exceptional work ethic. He did a beautiful job installing my new "smart" water heater & then explained the things I needed to know. HIs customer service is outstanding. He is a true asset to his company.

Work was performed efficiently by a very courteous and knowledgeable professional. Craig explained all work that needed to be done in terms I could easily understand and was very friendly!

I believe that it went fairly quickly and smoothly. It was a little bit of a tight fit but Craig did an amazing job and installed a better and more efficient hot water heater and an expansion tank.

Adam did an excellent job and kept me updated throughout. He was sure to explain everything regarding the installation and maintenance of the new unit. He was professional and respectful. Definitely would use them again.
