"They charged me $120 dollar just to come out and they quoted me $1600 to replace the water heater. I asked the plumber who came on how long would it take for him to do the work, he told me 3 to 4 hours, he said the pricing would be $1600. Well he doesn't set up pricing and ask me what cost would it be comfortable for me, I said you can leave right now because this is not something that I should be negotiating with you in this manner. It's inappropriate. At that point I terminated the conversation and ask him to leave. I specifically stated that I didn't want to if they quoted me above the national average as quoted by Angie's list for this type of work. I said I'm not interested in doing business because I'm aware what the national average is."

The work required two unexpected additional visits which were performed cheerfully and at no added cost. "This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
