His service included taking care of a small issue with one of the heads. The service cost me less than I had thought. That's likely my own confusion, but it made me happy nonetheless!"

Said I would be notified when the issues were resolved by the manufacturer? That never happened. When I called the manufacturer months later, I was told that my model# was never defective?????"
