I got four quotes for this service and their price was very competitive and they were by far the most professional of the organizations I contacted. They explained the different systems available, made a recommendation on which one to use based on the relative merits of the units, the tax credits and the needs of my home. They kept in contact on when they would start, showed up on time, did the job quick and clean and then showed me how to operate the new system. They have been in contact after the work was complete to make sure everything was going well and they even filled out all of the tax and incentive paperwork for me (at least to the extent they could). All in all it was a simple and easy process. Basically, the service went just like I was told it would when I received the quote from Ed. I couldn't ask for more.

Went great, tech was friendly and on time. They installed the a/c unit in July of last year. The owner personally comes out to give you the quote! Economical, friendly, great team! No problems at all.

I got several estimates, and Four Seasons was very competitive. Ed Hahn, the owner, came to my condo to do the estimate. He was on time, answered all of my questions, let me know my options, and gave me an estimate right away. He did not try to "up sell" me, which I appreciated. He also understood what kind of restrictions are in place in a condo complex. I did not do the furnace and AC at the same time (about a year apart), but once I had my new furnace I was not looking at anyone else to do the AC. I LOVE the new furnace and AC (Coleman). As far as service goes, their team was on time, courteous, very concerned about being neat, and willing to answer all of my questions. Ed Hanh also recommended a plumber to me when he saw the age of my water heater (Gravity Plumbing...another great service provider). I love these guys and would highly recommend them!

Travis, Mike, and Eric installed the water heater and furnace on the scheduled day. I was blown away by their work. In many years of hiring folks to do things I?m not really up to, these boys are tops. My only other experience with a business that I would gush about is Les Schwab?s. I?ve been doing business with them for 34 years; I?d go nowhere else for tire or brake service. In any event my ?supervision? was an eye-opening experience. With all of the really dumb questions I had, they responded readily and knowledgeably. They were just a pleasant trio to have on property. Their attention to detail ? most which would have escaped me with anyone else ? and meticulousness was a reward in, and of, itself. I hope the Coleman Furnace and Bradford White Water Heater can deliver as much confidence and utility as I enjoyed with this crew. A great experience, and thanks to Ed Hahn.

They arrived right on time. The two employees who installed the central air conditioner were courteous, polite, and answered all of my questions. They gave instruction on how to use the new thermostat. I would not hesitate to use this company again. I am a little slow on writing this review, but with the warm weather we have been having, decided now was the time to truly state that we LOVE our central air conditioner.

Excellent. We got four cost estimates and this was the best value for the dollar plus they did all the paperwork for the tax rebate for us. Very pleased with them.

I purchased the thermostat and the installer even brought a less expensive model to give me another option. Nice to have someone not always trying to sell you what is most expensive. Since then I have used them to regularly service my A/C and furnace and have been very pleased. The tech has been knowledgeable, clean, professional and on time.

This is a family-owned and operated company and they clearly take great pride in their work. They were very professional, prompt and thorough. Ed, the owner of the company does all the initial inspections and price quotes and I was very impressed with his down-to-earth manner and concern with my understanding exactly what I would be getting for my money. I had gotten a quote from another company that was roughly twice as much as Four Seasons' and they wanted to provide all sorts of services and equipment that Ed assured me weren't necessary and explained why. Everyone I dealt with at Four Seasons inspired great confidence that I was being dealt with fairly and honestly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I did, in fact, about a month later to install a new water heater. I couldn't be happier. (I didn't rate the quality of the equipment since I've had them for such a short time, but I trust that I'll be just as satisfied with them as I have been with their installers.)

Ed was very pleasant to work with from day one. I had this company install a new gas furnace back in 2010, and just like before, I was very happy with the work. His crew is fast, professional, and leave the work area cleaner when they leave than it was when they arrived. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to quality of work, and when any company leaves that has performed work at my house, I always go over everything and look at it closely. I've never found anything I didn't like with Four Seasons. I would definitely use them again.

From the first consultation with Ed I was very impressed. When I opened the door Ed greeted me and brought in my newspaper that hadn't been picked up out of the driveway yet. From that point on during the consultation Ed was very thorough in explaining all of my options and how the different systems work. Before he left I had four different models and prices to choose from to meet my needs. I ended up getting four quotes from different HVAC companies. Four Seasons was the lowest price, by about $1,000. I tried, for the life of me, to find a good reason to spend more money and convince myself that the Coleman brand of equipment they sell would be of a lower quality and cause me more problems. However, after hours of researching, I couldn't find any reason not to go with Four Seasons and Coleman. Setting up the installation appointment was simple. A quick phone call and I had everything lined up on the day I wanted. They called the day before to confirm the appointment, and the installers arrived on time. They were here a good 8 hours, but they were very courteous and cleaned up after they were done. As I referenced above, the installers found problems with my water heater during the installation. They weren't trying to upsale me at all, and showed me what the problems were. At the time, I didn't want to go ahead with the water heater. Without being asked, a member of their office staff was able to add the water heater to the financing that I already had in place. Two days later, their plumber was out and installed the new water heater in a couple of hours. All in all, I am very pleased with the service I received. Now time will tell about the quality of the Coleman furnace and air conditioner I received.

Everything went very well with this company. We saw other heating and air conditioning businesses on Angie's List, but really wanted to help out our local businesses.

the workers arrived on time, worked quickly and neatly. There were a few "bugs" to work out after the installation, and they came and took care of them in a timely manner. I found them to be a great company to work with. The inspector who came later to check on the work assured me that it was all done properly, and that he, personally, felt they were the best people in the business. I would recommend them to anyone who needed and HVAC work done.

They were in a competitive bidding process and were quite professional. Iawarded them the bid because they were competitive and local. They performed the work on schedule at the agreed upon price. They guided me through the rebate process with the Oregon Energy Trust and the tax rebate certificate. I would highly recommend them.

I worked with the owner, Ed Hahn, of Four Seasons on estimates and price for two weeks before placing the order. There was another bidder. During the process, they were responsive and professional: sent a follow-up thank you note and after some questions called back to make sure I was satisfied with what I found out. The installers were on time, up-beat, hard working and easy to talk with, and left the house clean. They recommended an independent contractor to take care of removing an old a.c. unit, who is also professional and timely. All in all, this was a good experience. Total time elapsed from initial contact to job completion was three weeks. Their electrician was a sub-contractor. He was more than helpful in that he moved an a Cadet heater from one room to another for us, which was outside the contract. He too was professional and did a great job. I would call him in a minute for further electrical needs.

When I called Four Seasons, I was immediately connected to a "person" and they were able to schedule the appointment within a week. While they were not able to give me an exact time, she did say it would probably be in the morning and they would call the business day before the appointment (which, in this case, would have been Friday, May 4) and give us a window for the technician to come. They did call on that Friday and let us know that the technician would be there between 9:30 and 11:30 on May 7th. He showed up right at 9:30. He was very pleasant and professional and was able to do the check in about 30 minutes, even with my husband peppering him with questions the entire time. We will be having these checks done every 2 years for the next 6 years and then every year after that and plan to have Four Seasons do it every time. They are a great company!

The whole thing was fabulous, starting from talking to the lady in the office, who was so great and gave me so much information. They set me up an appointment for a Friday when I work from home. The owner came out and ran down all the prices. He looked at everything and agreed that what I bought was all I need, didn't try to upsell me. The guys came out a couple weeks later, they were here about 8 hours that day. Once they installed it, they determined my furnace was too low to fit it and make it work properly. So they had someone come out and help pull out my furnace and reinstall it so my central air works to its best potential. Also, my furnace looks better than ever.

Our furnace was 15 years old and was developing high repair costs. It finally went out and we obtained six bids from local contractors listed on Angies List and the Northwest Natural Gas list of contractors. The bid from Four Seasons was given by Ed Hahn, the owner of the company. His was the last bid and his comments were confirmed by everything that I had been told by the other contractors. He advised that we include replacing the air conditioner at the same time as the furmace to avoid warranty issues and extra installation costs in the future, since our air conditioner was also 15 years old. The bid was competitive with the comparable equipment from other contractors. The installation was scheduled for eight days from the bid which was longer than we would have liked but Four Seasons was unable to schedule it sooner. The installers arrived as scheduled at 9 in the morning and were finished by 4:30 pm. They worked very efficiently and were mindful of keeping our house clean as they moved in and out. I was especially pleased when the forman suggested that they not run the concentric intake/exhaust (this furnace is a 97% high efficiency unit) through my new shake roof but across the garage ceiling and out the side wall. We had the installation inspected on March 8th and it passed with flying colors. We are quite pleased with the whole job, from bid to completion and highly recommend the company,

I was referred to Four Seasons by NW Natural after fearing that I had a potential gas leak. Four Seasons came out and diagnosed the problem as a faulty hot surface igniter and fixed it promptly. Unfortunately, the same problem has occurred now 9 months later. I contacted Four Seasons to inform them that the furnace was not igniting and gas was being leaked intermittently through my house. They explained to me that they could not get a technician out until the following day. In addition, the warranty on parts and labor is 30 days. Thus, I will have to pay an additional $200+ dollars to perform the same exact task. Further, I was told that these "igniters" go out all the time and that I should just expect it. Honestly, I have not heard of anyone paying $400++ per year to maintain a furnace that is less than 10 years old.

Good experience w/technician and customer service. Tuneup was thorough with technician educating us on how our furnace and A/C work, how they were modified & installed when home was owned by previous family. Work areas were left very tidy.

They were very personal when they were there working. They tried to stay very clean when they were working. They did a pretty good job. They tried to balanced the air flow and they didn't charge me for that.

Sales person (Todd Houlet) was knowledgeable and professional and worked with us through the system options, specifications, design and pricing. Installation crew (Nick, Travis and Juan) were excellent - arrived and completed on schedule, were very considerate of our home and property, did a very professional looking installation, cleaned up thoroughly, provided a good overview on using the new system and provided necessary paperwork for manufacturer and other energy rebates available. We're very pleased with the end product and look forward to the added comfort and energy efficiency in our home.

They came out first thing in the morning, got right to work and completed the replacement by the next morning. They worked quietly and cleaned-up completely. Three very nice young men.

COMPLETE INSTALLATION ON TIME, BUT A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED IN THE COMPANY FOR NOT SHOWING ME WHAT THEY HAD DONE, ANY MAINTENANCE NEEDED, AND OVERALL TIPS ON HOW TO OPERATE.

THEY JUST WERE VERY PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY JUST ASKED US IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING. THEY SHOWED US EVERYTHING THAT THEY DID AND MADE SURE WE KNEW WHAT THEY WERE PRICING AND ITEMIZING SO WE KNEW WHAT WE WERE BEING CHARGED FOR.
