Four Seasons worked through a challenging condition on my house and was able to replace my water heater and furnace.

I had three estimates from different companies for installing a ductless mini-split system in my home. Four Seasons was the only company that provided me with a reasonable solution for the entire house and at a comparable rate to what others had quoted. The work was done in two days as promised and the team that installed it was meticulous about cleaning up when they were done which was much appreciated. A few days after the system was installed, the system shut down and the malfunction light flashed. A technician was sent out and found that a seal was loose and all the cooling fluid had leaked out. That was a quick fix, but the system still showed an issue. As he searched further, he found that the installers had hooked up to ports B & C, but the electrician had hooked up to A & B thus causing the issue. He was able to correct this, and the system has worked well ever since. The house stayed comfortable thru the summer heat and has been comfortable this winter as well. The only other issue had to do with the electrical permit and inspection. It appears the fault was with the electrician not filing things properly, but luckily this was able to get solved without me having to get involved in the process. So in all I am happy and would recommend this company, the only troubles seemed to have been related to the electrician they used.

They're pretty easy to work with. It's just one guy. All it is, is a spring tuneup on my furnace.

I checked around just to get an idea of what it should cost then went directly to Four Seasons. They know what tax breaks are available and start the process for you. Hands down I would hire them again. Prompt, professional, fair price and just all around awesome!

From getting an estimate, to scheduling, to installation, to follow up - Four Seasons staff, installers, and their electrician partner were easy to work with, on time, and flexible. Additionally, they were accommodating when we had to have a follow up appointment. Everything was taken care of quickly and without us having to follow up at no additional cost.

I set up an annual agreement where they come out twice a year and do the air conditioning and heating system. I have been using them for seven or eight years.

Awful -the company was ignorant of the requirements and the owner never called me back My previous experience with this company was decent but this is beyond absurd. Their inability to understand the rules stopped them and me from doing business . The owners son was adamant that I didnt qualify and a month later the owner and secretarial staff admit that I did ?!! Not the place to buy a ductless heat pump- too busy I guess!!!!

I made the appointment and did not have to wait long. I used a coupon. The company was good about giving me a reminder call and the serviceman showed up promptly.

Can't recommend Four Seasons Heating & AC enough - the entire team was amazing from start to finish. The process started wit the owner, Ed, on site to review our current setup and to make recommendations. Of the three quotes we received, Ed was the only person to climb down into our basement (not a fun environment) to really understand what we had in place. Not only that, but he came in competitively with pricing and gave us a quote before even leaving the house - no waiting for days to hear back. The installers that were on site were always really professional and made every effort to complete the install without making a mess. We couldn't be happier with the work that was done and the professionalism of the crew. Because we had to split up our install (bats in the attic), I'm pretty sure we had almost the entire crew on site (Mike, Jeremy, Kyle, Eric, Brant & Travis) and everyone was great. Mike was onsite for both install session and had everything dialed. I know there were challenges with our install but they worked through everything to get the job done. Not that I want to see these guys again, but I'll sleep well at night knowing Four Season's has my back.

Steve did not just check the heat pump, air handler, and thermostat. He took time to show me how the emergency heat was supposed to work and changed the (dead) batteries in the thermostat. Above and beyond any company I have ever used.

Ed came and provided us with all the information about what system should replace the one we had. His explanations were excellent. He is a very nice man. We have used Four Seasons for many many years to take care of our heat pumps, but this was our first experience dealing directly with the owner. Once the system was installed, the technician commenced testing it. He found that the system was too powerful for the existing ductwork. If we ran it without changing something, it would like burn out the motor. We were concerned and wondering why the capacity of our ductwork was not tested/anticipated prior to providing a bid for a new heat pump to replace the old one. But they were clear to us that it was their mistake for not figuring this out before installing the system; and they took care of the problem by adding $1400 worth of vents and ductwork at no additional charge to us. We were most appreciative of their forthright way of doing business. We have found the new system to give us better air circulation than the old one. Also, our home is more comfortable and our electric bills have been somewhat lower. We will continue to use this company to take care of our heat pumps. We have a second heatpump at the other end of the house near the end of its life. We will most likely use Four Seasons to replace that one too in a couple of years.

One man took a half day and got it all done. He explained what he was doing. He cleaned up his mess. He was polite. He positioned the new thermostat to minimize the repainting that we'd have to do. We are very satisfied and comfortable with the new furnace. The 2-stage variable is very quiet and keeps the rooms evenly heated. We are very glad that we replaced the old furnace.
