Description of Work: Absolutely the most overpriced rip off AC place I have ever endured! They charged me 1139 (one thousand one hundred thirty nine dollars) to replace a broken fan! You can buy a brand new air handler for less! When I asked to talk to manager repair technician said he was the manager and refused to adjust price to a fair price, I looked the part online and it was 473 with free shipping to consumers clearly they should have a wholesale price for less and it took him only 1/2 hour to replace a fair price would have been no more than 600. Kyle was the tech and he refused to adjust and threatened to remove the part unless I paid the 1139. Will never user them again!

Description of Work: Gas furnace and AC replacement for single family home. We took four bids, found everyone promises very similar service and warranty. Went with Four Seasons because of a huge rebate by the furnace maker. It made Four Season's quote a solid 15% lower than their competitors. The salesman explained that they do a ton of volume with the furnace maker, and this is why they had great rebates. They kept every promise, everything went smoothly, and we love our new equipment. It's been a month, and it has performed perfectly. All staff, from sales, to service, to office, did their job well. I absolutely will ask them to bid on future jobs.

Description of Work: I am a long-term customer of Four Seasons; I started with a replacement because my old system went down, and I signed up for the regular maintenance program with my new furnace. After my experience, Four Seasons is the only HVAC company with which I will do business. They provide my regular service, and when I wanted an A/C added to my system, they installed it. Because they do regular maintenance, I have not had any challenges and my systems work wonderfully well.
