"When we reached out to hire NW Housekeeping, Alisha Firestone White on October 18th. 2023 @ 2:30 pm, I explained that I had a renter move out and the house needed to be cleaned and prepared for selling it ready for a home loan inspection. When discussing what needed to be done with this house she assured my husband and I that she would be cleaning the house making sure it was acceptable to us, ready to sell and passing all home inspections. Alisha told us that the amount to cleaned would not exceed $1000. My husband agreed and explained that he did not want the price to exceed, $1,000. I will explain more in detail now why we are not happy with her services and how she did not complete the job that was contracted. She started the job on, October 23 and walked off leaving the job unfinished on October 25, 2023. I will start in the living room, the living room windows we're not washed outside whatsoever. The inside of the windows were washed, however they washed very poorly. I will be attaching pictures at the end of this letter for you to see with arrows and circles. The fireplace in the living room around the metal ledge was filthy not cleaned. You will see in a picture my finger showing the dirt that was left. This was not wiped down or cleaned whatsoever. The front door entrance has windows in this room was left not cleaned entirely. These windows were also very muddy and dirty on the outside, they were not washed at all outside. The laundry room windows on the back door we're not washed inside or out, they are terrible! In the pictures that are attached, you will also see a dirty laundry detergent cup down on the ground of the floor in between the two doors of the exterior outside door and the screen door. Opening the exterior door there is a great deal of dirt/grime, gunk, sludge and spiders. I'm not even sure what to call all of this filth, but it was not even touched. In the same room as the laundry room we have a hot water heater behind one of the doors. When opening the door looking at the hot water heater, this area was also very filthy. I expressed how this area was a very important area to be cleaned for home inspections. This was unacceptable and would not even come remotely close to passing, it was filthy black grudgy, thick of black gross grudge! The first bedroom after the laundry room to the left, we will call this bedroom number one. This room has windows and these windows were not cleaned outside either. Again, I will be attaching pictures at the end of this to show the mud and filth attached to the screens and the dirty windows outside. The pictures may be difficult at times to truly see just how dirty they are because of the sunlight and glare. I did circle and draw arrows. The next room is the guest bathroom to the right down the hall. In this room there was black mold that was on the toilet paper holder, and in the bathtub. Underneath the sink was also very dirty and not touched with slimy gunk. Going down the hallway we'll go to the next bedroom we will call bedroom number two. In this bedroom, again we had windows that were not washed on the outside. Pictures will show the mud that is attached to the screens and the window on the outside was NOT cleaned! Bedroom number three is straight across from bedroom number two. This bedroom has two windows in it, both windows were not washed on the outside either. Pictures will be attached showing the dirt all over the windows as well as mud that is attached to screens and windows. This room has quite a bit of mud, more than the others. The fourth bedroom is the master bedroom. This bedroom has two windows, both of these windows were not touched on the outside either. They had a great deal of dirt as well as mud all over them. In addition, the closet has dirt and old coffee drippings all over that rolled down the wall. This could have been wiped down but was not. When I put my wet finger against it to try to pull it off, it came right off. These walls in the closet were not wiped down properly. In addition, where the stationary lights are placed, the ledges in the master bedroom, was not cleaned or wiped down. cobwebs are all over as well. The second bathroom is the master bathroom. Inside the shower, all the fixtures and knobs are terrible beyond any description can describe. . Pictures are attached also for this area. When wiping my wet finger against these fixtures, dirt, black slimey gunk and grime came right off. The inside door of the bathroom in the master bathroom was terrible. It has black sludge not really sure what to call it, "dirt streaks," are all over the door. When running my wet finger down the door it turned black. Pictures are also attached at the end of this to show you. Underneath the sink area has spotty areas of dirt, sludge and gunk. The lights that are permanently fixed in the bathroom, where there are no covers for the fluorescent lights, it is filthy as well. whatever reason she wrote down 38.4 hours that were completed, they were not. The hours were certainly "milked," in addition, jobs were not completed as per our agreement. Alisha assured us for that amount of money certain details of the house would be completed. The house was to be cleaned ready to sell and for inspections to pass. We went through all of these rooms with her and she assured us they would all be completed. She also thought she would have this job completed much earlier giving us a cheaper bill. I have checked with other companies that would complete the job for $475.00 to $500.00. I think at this point, the invoice should be adjusted subtracting $400.00-500.00 off of the $1,000 that was agreed upon. We will not be charging ,her for services of my husband's time spent cleaning beside her and your crew for 3 days. My husband had to take time away from our business to make sure that jobs were being completed, this would be a substantial amount. We did try to work with her already asking if she would discount her bill only $350, just to make this terrible this situation would away quickly and be fair. Even though it was cheaper than jobs that were bidded, we didn't care at this point, we just wanted this terrible situation to go away"

Off The Road Lawn Maintenance is a family-orientated business we treat every customer like if they were one of our family members or friends. We will never take a job that we do not feel 100% confident we can accomplish. I will always be at every job site making sure every request from the customer is fulfilled. The most rewarding part of my career is the wonderful feeling that the customer and I get when we step out together to see the change in their property and smile at a job well done.
"I've worked with Marco twice now for lawn cleanup and bark. He is friendly and responsive. Pricing is good-it was quite a bit better than the other bid I got from one of the bark spraying companies. His team works hard, and they did a nice job each time"

"ACS installed a new Bryant heat pump + furnace. The equipment is high quality and the team was knowledgeable, flexible, and willing to answer all my questions. They accommodated a change in scope on the day of install from just installing a heat pump to installing a furnace + heat pump combo. This set the team back a few hours for the last minute parts request, but they powered through a very long day and stayed until the job was finished. All customer service goes directly through the owner operator. Originally this seemed like a plus, but I think they would benefit from support staff. I needed to edit and downgrade this review after a few negative experiences. Some changes are related to issues noticed after the install. The unit was not secured to the pad outdoors and also was not attached to the house. Holes cut into the corner of the garage slab in order to pass through the lines were not patched, leaving a break in the envelope. Mark promised to follow up on both of these, but he did not send anyone out to take care of this. Mark also directly promised that our install would qualify for Energy Trust of Oregon incentives for $3000, when in fact it is clear after speaking directly with Energy Trust representatives that our install did not qualify for any amount of rebate. This promise was echoed throughout the quote and the install process. I believe that the lack of a support staff is causing some shortcutting or disorganization when it comes to managing some of these details - I would prefer to assume that ACS did not know the details of the incentive rather than that they purposefully deceived me, but I dont feel comfortable recommending them given these circumstances."

The average cost to hire a house cleaner is between $30 and $50 per hour. Costs vary depending on house size, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the type of cleaning you want. Deep cleaning will be more expensive since it requires more time and effort to move furniture and clean hard-to-reach areas compared to a standard cleaning session.
Although tipping is not a requirement, many people tip house cleaners around 10% to 15% of the final cleaning cost. Some people tip as much as 20% or more, but it’s up to your discretion. Rather than tipping each cleaning session, you can also tip monthly or give the house cleaner a holiday bonus. There are no rules for tipping, but if your house cleaner did a great job it’s encouraged.
There are a few ways to make your deck look new without professional power washing. First, you can use either store-bought cleaners or dish soap and water to mop your deck regularly to clean off accumulated dirt. To clean your deck and remove mold, mix two gallons of warm water with a ½ cup of distilled white vinegar or apple cider vinegar, rinse the area, and then scrub with a stiff-bristled broom.
The cost to professionally pressure wash your deck is $150 on average. This cost can range from $100 to $600, depending on the size of your deck and its condition.
For an average deck of about 300 square feet, you can expect to pay around $100. However, if you have a spacious 1,000-square-foot deck or more, expect that cost to be closer to $300 to $400. Likewise, if it’s been a long time since you deep cleaned your deck, the deck professional might need extra time and to use deck-specific detergent, which will increase the overall cost.
The average house cleaner cost is around $180, which should cover about four hours of work. However, each project is different and costs can range from $100 to $1,000, depending on the house size and the cleaning needed. Other cost factors can include your location and what level of cleaning you want. Standard or basic cleaning may include vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting the kitchen and bathrooms. Deep cleaning costs about twice as much and often includes cleaning behind and underneath furniture, washing windows, and polishing hard-to-clean surfaces. Emergency cleaning, extreme cleaning, and holidays also impact pricing. Move-in and move-out cleaning typically cost more, too, because of the extensive, whole-house cleaning involved.
