I received an email asking me to contact them to schedule my appointment. When I called I was informed by the woman answering the phone that they do not service my area.

Description of Work: I paid for the service through AngiesList and when I finely contacted them the saw where I lived and that I got one of their "Deals" (discount coupon) and told me the 1st available appointment was over a month away. I canceled the service and contacted AngiesList for a refund. I was able to find multiple other chimney sweeps that could service me in less that a week.

Description of Work: They arrived on time, were very professional and courteous. I had just contracted for the chimney sweep, but I have several trees in my yard that blow leaves all over my roof, they recommended having the chimneys capped. I thought their pricesfor for caps and installation was reasonable so I had that done. I was very satisfied with their service.

Description of Work: They came out and started to perform the service and they indicated they would have to come back to complete the service and after two missed appointments and no phone calls we had someone else provide us the needed service. We have tried to contact them many, many times they do not answer the phone they do not return calls.
