Description of Work: Jason cleaned the chimney and provided an inspection report. He arrived within the timeframe advertised and patiently answered questions about results. Apparently the former owner used it heavily without any cleaning, resulting in heavy creosote buildup. It could have caused a chimney fire. I'm glad I had this work done.

Description of Work: I called this provider to get my wood stove swept. The first number listed for contact was disconnected. The second number a small child answered. After being asked who I was I asked to speak to her Daddy, and she said he was on the phone. I thanked her and hung up. Apparently there has been some change at this company. I am SO GLAD I did not buy the coupon BEFORE I called.

Description of Work: Jason from Master Sweep was amazing - not only did he do work we contracted in cleaning the chimney but he also went above and beyond and suggested we remove a screen that was a duplicate. He did that work without promise of additional reimbursement but just based on his concern for our safety & maintenance of our chimney. For that reason alone, and the fact that we loved their cleaning work, we'll most definitely hire Master Sweep again.
