Description of Work: Chimney sweep, no issues

Description of Work: The company and its owner are excellent and performed above the call when they were here. The only reason I gave them a B instead of an A is because when I ordered the service I told them one chimney was for an Oil |fired furnace. He missed that and wasn't prepared to do that one due to time constraints. Unfortunately they returned on the day it was so Icy and couldn't get on the roof safely. When they finally return(Dec 2) and do the second chimney I will probably up my grade to an A. Until then we are where we are

Description of Work: Scheduling went a little off but being retired, it was no big deal.

Description of Work: They cleaned the fire box & chimney. Also found a couple of holes in the chimney & repaired those for additional cost. We have a wood burning fireplace.

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal for a cleaning. We knew that we needed to re-mortar our chimney so we were expecting an estimate for that as well. However, Jason took one look at our chimney and told us that we didn't need a cleaning. He provided an estimate for our needed repairs and then let us know that if we didn't go with him for the repairs, he would refund us the money that we paid for the Big Deal. I was VERY impressed with how he ran his business and will use him exclusively for our fireplace & chimney needs in the future.

Description of Work: Showed up 4 hours early, didn't call ahead as requested. Left without calling. I had to call to find out what happened. It was an outdoor fireplace, which I had told them, but the person didn't read all the instructions for the clean. Had to then wait over 2 weeks for them to come back. Will not use them again.
