Description of Work: They contacted me about scheduling this service, then later informed me that an error was mad and that they do not come to my area. They offered to try to find someone who does provide this services in my area.

Description of Work: Work was not performed as the service person did not show up for the scheduled appointment. I waited before and after the 4 hour window of time I was given as I wanted to be available if service person was running ahead or behind schedule. No one contacted me to cancel or re-schedule and did not return my phone call. I was sure to give my phone number slowly and at 2 different times in my message. I called again 3 days later as I still had not heard back. At this time, I canceled and then asked Angie's list for a refund of this special offer.

Description of Work: We had made an appointment for today, 5/2/15, to continue and deal with the issues with our chimney. We had them come to perform a chimney cleaning which went well. It was discovered that our chimney was build poorly and was told that we needed a new air intake which required them to drill into the existing chimney and install an alternate mean to provide a draft. This did not work and we then made an appointment to try another method, (per their recommendation), to add a small screen to prevent smoke from coming into the house. We had made more than one appointment for this to be fixed but they were too busy and then today they did not show up at all. I feel that we gave them every opportunity to help us fix this issue but after today this is not an option. I think their work is good, but their work ethic is poor. Perhaps they have grown large for the manpower that is available. Sue Hery

Description of Work: Master Sweep cleaned and inspected my chimney. Jason did a great job, was very punctual, informative, and friendly. We needed a few minor repairs and a new cap. The process and costs were explained perfectly by Jason and the receptionist. They were great!
