They did not show up and did not call to let me know why so I did not use the deal.

The service went fine. They were very responsive and easy to schedule with. Two technicians came out and completed the work in about an hour and a half. They were pleasant to work with, professional and courteous.

It was terrible. They came out, but they weren't able to perform, the services. They gave me and estimate for another job that we put a down payment on that they never did either. They are not being responsive.

I bought the $167 wood stove cleaning coupon. Jason came out and recommended a rain guard and to replace the chimney cap. After a few times when he re-scheduled, he did the work in Oct 2014. Two months later in December, one of the bricks from the top of the chimney fell off and landed on my porch. I looked at the chimney, and the cap had completely crumbled! There is crumbled cement all over my roof, and another brick is loose and about to fall off! I called twice and he finally came out and looked. He said he would come back and replace the top row of bricks and the cap. After waiting two weeks for them to call and schedule a time as they said they would, I called twice and finally got a scheduled time. He never showed up, and didn't call, so I called AGAIN and set up a time for yesterday (Tuesday Feb 24). Again, he didn't call and didn't show up!!! My chimney is ruined, and it's obvious he does not plan to do anything about it! I have NEVER seen such poor workmanship and lack of responsiveness in anyone recommended on Angie's list. In my last message to him, I told him I didn't want to leave a poor review for him, but it seems I have no recourse. I wish I could include a photo to show how bad my chimney is. I don't understand how this company could get so many 'A' reviews. What's going on?

All went well as they used tarps to protect floor from soot and dust came and left. Owner spent 10-15 minutes discussing smell of soot with me and recommending a possible solution, which I appreciated. Owner didn't work with any gas logs or fireplace inserts, which I inquired about. Work was quick, clean and soot smell seems gone presently.

The service turned out okay. I had to schedule it with my tenants, so I am sure it went well. I wasn't there. The price was good, and they were professional in the phone contacts.

The service went alright. I paid an additional fee because I have a wood stove. They did try to sell me an additional service at a very high price. I ended up using a different company for the same service at a lower cost. One technician came out for the job. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about the wood stove. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

The scheduling and work were done promptly and professionally by friendly people for a very reasonable price.

They missed an appointment which was unfortunate, and we had to reschedule, so it put us back in our timeline, but other than that it was fine. They were great about telling us other work that we needed to do, so we appreciated that.

I spoke with them last week and was scheduled for service today. However, they called to reschedule without any explaination as to why.

.They cleaned two chimneys. from the bottom up. They did not leave a mess. I know how to do most things myself, So i was able to add a damper myself for a fraction or their estimate. But I do feel like they would do a good job installing damper.( I just paid over $5000.00 for a plumbing job not long ago; that tightened the budget a little)

Requested a refund for this deal after experiencing scheduling difficulties and a missed appointment.

It was really good. There were no issues. They came out and explained to me everything that they were doing. It was a really good experience for me. I would definitely use them again. There was an additional fee of 120 dollars. They were able to do it right then. I was happy with it.

They were on time and informed me my chimney was fine no additional service was needed.

The service was great. He was really professional and as the chimney sweep and inspection did not take as long as was paid for with the deal he did some additional flashing work.

The service were prompt and very efficient. Everything was nice and clean when they were done.
