Description of Work: They inspected and cleaned 2 chimneys. Jason was clean and thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were running early, and he called ahead to make sure it was ok. Also, he said he would automatically contact us in 3 years to come back to clean them so I wouldn't have to remember to do that. I would highly recommend Master Sweep's services and we will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: I was able to set up an appointment, but I had to reschedule because of a change of plans. I called four days before the appointment, and left a phone message that I needed to cancel and reschedule, and asked for a call back. After not hearing anything for three days, I called again to be sure they got the message. I never heard back, so I am looking for another company to provide the service.
