He worked slowly and steady apologized for taking so long. My refrigerator stopped working he showed me that the compressor was fine. it was the fan needed to be cleaned. When the technician showed up to install, he brought a chrome $40 faucet to replace a $300 DELTA faucet. When I complained they are calling it an upgrade in violation of the warranty terms. Also have not submitted their report to AHS even though it has been a week so I am stuck waiting for them to complete the report out before I can get anything done. Unprofessional and slow to get things done. Very disappointed."
