"I used AVN to install home theater wiring, what he used to hang the wiring on the ceilings and walls failed and fell down on top of our fans, couch, and brand new TV. We also discovered he used that wire loom to hide holes he put in the wall and didn't use or fix after he drilled them. This happened twice, he came back and fixed it the first time at no charge. The second time he refused blaming me for pulling down the wiring, because that makes sense. So with AVN the customer is never right, and they will not stand behind what they do."
