I contacted Mike when my computer suddenly and dramatically slowed down. I left him a message and he called me within a few hours, ready to help me immediately--remotely. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and efficient—and very personable. I gave him access to my computer and he carefully explained every step he took. Even though I know little about the inner workings of a computer, I felt very comfortable asking him my questions. While waiting for a scan of potential malware on my computer, Mike provided helpful tips on keeping my computer running efficiently. I highly recommend Mike to anyone suffering from any problem(s) with their computer. I will definitely contact him again if I experience any problems with my computer.

My elderly dad unknowingly became a victim of scammers who installed malware on his computer (Trojan Horse, among other things). When my dad asked me for help, I turned to Mike. Mike is someone I had used 10+ years ago for a similar problem I had with my own computer. Mike had my dad's computer sorted out with a minimum of fuss and with utmost professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again and would highly recommend him if you're having similar issues.

WOW - patiently listened to my problem description, then said what he could do and how he would do it. After a few more of my questions, I gave my approval and then he proceeded. I contacted Mike today about a suspected virus on my laptop computer. Mike immediately went to work. Mike did an excellent job scanning my computer remotely and found several minor issues, but then found a trojan virus. Mike was very professional and walked me through his process of getting my laptop working as it should. My internet connection is extremely slow. However, Mike kindly worked on my computer until the work was completed. He was very patient and never complained about the extra time it took due to my slow internet. Mike also was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He offered assistance on how to handle backups by using external hard drives since uploading pictures and files to the Cloud doesn't work well with a slow internet service in a rural area. I am very grateful for Mike's assistance and expertise. I certainly will use his service again, and I highly recommend Mike for your computer needs.

Very well. Mike was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He was patient since the job was done remotely. When the job was finished, he answered all my questions, gave me suggestions what can be done to prevent the scammers from successfully using any of my secured infos incase they got them.

After 50 years of IT management in both universities and Defense contracting in the IT world I can honestly say this was a real pleasure to experience such professionalism and no nonsense work ethics. Mike took over and tuned my personal computer, finding a lot of malware to eliminate and clutter to smooth out.

Mike is excellent working with people like me who don't know what they are doing. A Windows update messed my computer up and I had no idea what to do so I called him. He called me back and spent a lot of time on the phone with me and when we hung up my computer was working great. He also did a bit of housekeeping on it for me and reassured me on a couple of questions I had.

Couldn't have gone better. Mike is very friendly and professional. We set up a time when he would access my computer and called me earlier and said he could immediately start to analyze what was wrong. He never asked for money before he started working, the job took one hour, he answered all my questions and explained everything that was going on and told me what I needed to do on a daily basis. The day I called was the day that everything was rectified and that was a few days before New Year's. He did say that I could pay by PayPal or send a check. I would definitely call him in the future if I needed help with my computer. For the hours work it came to $85.00, very fair compared to what I was hearing from other places that I called.

It didn't go at all.. He simply stated he couldn't help me. That I needed someone to come to my house,, and he was not willing to do that. Very disapointing.

It all went very well. Mike fixed my computer and I never even left home. I didn't have to disconnect it from anything. I simply gave him access and control.

As usual, Mike fixed issue in short order and explained what I need to do to keep virus free. At 67. Yrs of age, , and not totally computer literate, i do not feel awkward asking for his help. He is very knowledge and patient. Thanks Mike!!

Mike is the BEST! He promptly returned my call and we scheduled a mutually convenient time for a remote session the next day. The remote session was flawless. When it was completed, Mike took me to a website to research the purchase of a new computer. He gave me all the information I need to purchase the PC that will fit my needs. He even offered to talk to me, while I was in the store, if I had questions. He will assist me in the setup of the new computer and the transfer of data. His hourly rate is extremely reasonable. I look forward to a long “remote” relationship with Mike!
