Everyone was very friendly and helpful right from the start. The work was done quickly and right (the first time). The only hold up was with the water feature (fountain) and that was mostly due to inexperience on my part....I would only recommend being more in the know for what's needed so it's not as confusing a project. But Jeremy pulled everything off and went above and beyond to get things done right and as quickly as possible. The price was a bit higher than I would have liked but the quality speaks for itself....I'm extremely happy with everything! Will look to them for future projects as well.

The work went VERY well … very efficiently done, ahead of original schedule. The design created two living/use spaces on two levels. At every stage, System Pavers staff and subcontractors explained all they were doing. Everyone who has seen the finished work loves it! Thank you!!

Perfect transaction--We were told project would take most of four days with a crew of two to three. They showed up Monday morning with a crew of five--tore out my old deck and finished the new installation by Tuesday afternoon. The entire crew couldnt have been more polite and helpful. We would highly recommend System Pavers.

From start to finish System Pavers performed perfectly. Initial contact and design was immediate, multiple products were presented, schedule was followed as planned, and the project was completed within anticipated time frame. The sight manager visited the project at least every day and as needed when any question arose. Communication with the project team was immediate. System Pavers was professional and friendly from the intial consult to the design and build. We absolutely love the work they did. It was expensive, but the time in which they completed the project was amazing and the finished patio is beautiful. We are so pleased!

We don't hire out house projects often, so we researched and talked to the Sales Rep Kerry extensively before deciding to go ahead with our patio project. Although not a big job for them, it was important to us. Their 25 year warranty was a big sales point. We were able to go to a "sample" location and see the paver options personally. As a wheelchair user, this was important for picking the right surface we were going to live with. Kerry stayed in excellent communication with us up through the project development and completion. Michael was our project manager and worked closely with Kerry and us to figure out the best way to do the project. There was alot of problem solving to make sure the terrain was wheelchair friendly at all doorways while also creating the drainage direction we needed. They came up with a good plan and the crew implemented perfectly. We are thrilled with the results. We recommend System Pavers to our friends often!

Great. No more lawn to cut.. Project manager & the designer were a pleasure to work with. Start to finish this project went flawless. Super clean job. I did not have to do any clean up after them at all, They will be doing our next vacation lake house..

It was a very smooth process from start to finish. Lidiana and Matt did a great job designing and installing a beautiful and unique design for us. They definitely know what they are doing and have a great warranty!

I would recommend Yaskara Painting any day of the week! We've even had them back this summer to do our front porch and back deck after they did such a phenomenal job on the outside of our house earlier this spring. We made the mistake of hiring someone to clean our roof around the same time and the day after Artemio's crew had in their prepping process, pressure washed everything, this other company made such a mess and left it - I was so mad and embarrassed. Yaskara didn't miss a beat. They just cleaned up the mess and continued working to get the job done. They even fixed a piece of wood and sealant on our garage door that was looking very much worse for wear after 19 years when the house was built. The last day, Artemio even met me at the paint store because we changed our mind at the last minute about the color for the door. We did a walk through and only had to point out just a few touch-ups - they caught all the rest before I had a chance to say anything. Their price was very competitive. Artemio was great to work with and really knows his stuff!

From start to finish, this was a great experience working with System Pavers. We had received a couple of other bids prior to meeting with them, but none of them really took the time to ask us the right questions to understand what we like and what we don't like. Keri was very thorough in her discovery of our personal style, listened to our needs and came up with a wonderful design that both my husband and I could be proud of. Our PM, Jeremy was very responsive and had some great ideas when we got to the lighting stage. His crew was fantastic - truly artists at what they do! We were amazed at how they cut the stones just so to get the tightest fit and a smooth surface to get the curves in the design just right. They even have a customer portal on their website you can use to find out what stage your project is in, make a payment, or contact one of your team members. This part is the only aspect I would say needs a little bit of work - it was stuck on the "order materials" phase for quite a while, even while the crew was working and then finished the job, but otherwise, worked quite well. The project was expensive compared to the other bids we received, but one of them was really close and none of the others brought any design ideas to the table. They were totally worth it and I would definitely hire them again!

We just completed our second backyard project with System Pavers. Our first project was done a few years ago. We had a small patch of grass that we replaced with artificial turf. It still looks as good as the day it was installed, so when we decided to replace a concrete slab and deck we gave System Pavers a call. Ben lives in the neighborhood so he swung by the same day to go over the details with us and came up with a design. He pointed out some small modifications that we are really happy with. Since the first installation went so smooth we knew we could relax and just let the team do the job. Jeremy, the project manager checked in with us every day to let us know how things were progressing. The end result is awesome and the crew left the area clean and ready to use. We have a few other projects planned in the future and will definitely be giving System Pavers a call for those.

We were referred to System Pavers by a neighbor that had recently had some work done by them. Kerry was our designer, came out and met with us and understood what we were looking for. He came back to us with a plan and design, once we had agreed on what the project would actually entail everything was like clockwork. They are very professional, in their scheduling, meeting to kick off the project, keeping us informed of how it was progressing and completing a walk through when it was complete. We're very satisfied with the work that was done and the process they managed to get it done. We would highly recommend or look to them again for any future needs.

Professional from start to finish. Within minutes of an on-line inquiry, I had a call from the company and scheduled a visit with a designer. The designer, Lydiana Cruz, helped lay out the project and drew up a plan, and had pavers in her trunk so we could see the color and shape of the actual products. Matt Lemon led the installation, which was very high quality in the prep and installation of the pavers. Crews were efficient, tidy, and careful. The result is more than a driveway, but a beautiful entry.

We were more than pleased with the work done by System Pavers. They evened out our backyard and side yard, and did such a professional, quick and awesome job making our yard look so green and lovely! WE HAVE A NEW PORCH!!!! We feel like we’ve added a new room to our home. We now sit on the new and inviting porch to visit with family and neighbors, whereas we never felt inclined to do so on our old porch. We also had our driveway replaced and two sidewalks installed, one leading to our home entrance and to our front porch, the other leading to our back yard. The workers were very hard working, efficient, exacting, and professional. Our Senior Design Consultant, JP Pierce, and our Project Manager, Matt Lemon, were both very helpful, friendly, professional, as well as quick to respond to our needs and inquiries. We enjoyed them both. We had many neighbors stop to review and admire the project. We are certain the value of our home has been considerably increased. We also appreciated the financing System Pavers offered in their special of “18 months with no interest.” That allowed us to pay for the project over time and not have to pay the full cost at one time, which would have required dipping into our retirement. We LOVE the 25 year guarantee and there will be no cracks :-) as there would have been with cement!!!! System Pavers cost more, but we feel it was well worth it. We made the right decision and we’re completely happy with the result.

Expectations were totally exceeded. Jeff Garcia and Michael Cowan were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Jeff and I first met for about an hour discussing what would be the best for the back yard. We came up with a design. Michael the project manager came over to do a walk through and look at what we had. He explained to me that because of the big tree and a stump from another tree I had had removed what I wanted to have done wouldn't work. Michael is one of the most knowledge people I have worked with. He gave me his ideas and Jeff requoted the job. They started on the day they promised with an exceptional crew. Michael showed up everyday to check on the progress and take care of any issues. There were a couple of things that needed to be worked and I have to say I've had several projects done throughout the years and never had a project manager that worked to make things right like Michael. The project was done on schedule and the workmanship was great. I am still in awe of how beautiful everything turned out. I now have a back yard I'm proud to show off. My entry way turned out beautiful and changed the entire look of the front. I would highly recommend System Pavers to anyone,

Our family had the great pleasure of working with System Pavers. After 3 years with a subpar backyard, we were eager to make renovations. I had no idea where to begin but meeting with the System Pavers team provided me with great insight on project ideas and goals. They even worked with me so that I would remain within budget.
