I can't say enough positive remarks about this company. Truly professional from beginning to end. I am very hard to please and made demands other companies may not have been willing to accommodate. I wanted the job to be completed before Easter and although there were obstacles, mostly ME, they were able to complete it several days prior! We love our satellite patio and will return to System Pavers for future jobs. Thank you is not enough! Best crew, Job Supervisor and Sales Representative. All were awesome! A special thanks to Walker and Jeremy for making the experience so meaningful by truly listening to my concerns and expectations!

Mike, mattt and Gabeno (sp) were awesome. Everyone worked seamlessly with each other and the project went smoothly. Very impressed with how hard the crew worked. We never saw them standing around and great progress was made each day. We were given daily updates and pictures of the progress. They left the project space clean when finished. We would highly recommend them.

I recently had a pergola installed by System Pavers. It's a beautiful, very sturdy, metal structure that goes beautifully with my back yard. I enjoyed the entire process, starting with designer Matt K. We created a beautiful structure and he even gave me some excellent landscaping tips to tie the structure into the yard. I appreciated that because I had been struggling with what should go where. The project manager Jeremy M. was very professional throughout the process and made sure the job was done correctly and on time. The installation crew came in did the job right and cleaned up after themselves.

We needed an outdoor space that we could use for entertaining and relaxation and the only available space was an area that we used for parking when we needed it. Dennis from System Pavers came out and explained that we could have the patio we wanted and that it could be build so that we could drive/park on it. We chose the style and color we wanted and within 2 weeks our project was started and completed! Everyone we were in contact with from System Pavers was knowledgeable and friendly. Our project manager, Jeremy, was here daily to check the progress and answer any questions we had. Eduardo and his crew were very efficient and hard workers. They did and excellent job installing the pavers and with the clean up afterward. They also answered any questions we had while installation was in progress. It looks great and we love it! We recommend System Pavers to anyone wanted quality work done right.

It went fairly smooth. All the individuals involved in the project were professional and kind. We had a little communication issue with the sub-contractors who did the actual job but got that all resolved easily. The job took longer than anticipated but that was due the removal of existing concrete steps - lots of time involved. However this did not cost us anymore because this was included in the project bid. The sales manager Scott Hartman and project manager Matt Lemon were both very easy to work with through the whole process. Both Scott and Matt came out one Saturday morning during the project because I had some misunderstanding about the design. I was very impressed with them giving the time needed to clarify some design concerns. We look forward to using the patio this summer and already enjoy the landscape lighting.

I think the job went well. Started with my ideas and worked with Jeff to visualize the concept. Timed it right as they were able to start the project immediately. Ernesto and his crew were hard working and very professional. My Project Manager Jeremy took vacation and and left me in the capable hands of his co-worker Matt. Both PMs were responsive to my questions and explained things to my satisfaction. I am pleased with the end product. My back yard is now a useable and relaxing space for many years to come.

System Pavers recently redesigned our front yard and part of the backyard with turf and a stone path. The process proceeded quickly with no fuss despite the bad weather. We were always updated on changes promptly and both the design and work coordinators were very helpful.

After spending time on our friend's amazing new back patio, we knew we wanted to reach out to System Pavers to see what they could do about designing and installing a new walkway for our front yard. The design consultant spent time getting to know our vision, style and budget, as well as gave us feedback about materials we were considering in a way that helped us reflect on what we most wanted. The project happened so fast and everything about their process made it so clear and easy to work with them. We are absolutely considering them for additional work on our house, and will also refer them to our friends and family. We love our new walkway!

We decided to check out System Pavers for a pad that we wanted to build for our travel trailer. We were having such a hard time moving it on the gravel pad that we had. We thought that the pavers would be more attractive than plain concrete and we were right! From start to finish, the process working with System Pavers was a pleasure. Ben helped us decide on just the right product at the showroom, he showed up when he said and communicated the whole way through getting us set up. We received updates from Matt on the project every step of the way and everything went just as planned. This company really has their act together! We are so used to having to micro-manage contractors, these folks actually managed themselves!! It was such a wonderful surprise. We are so pleased with our pad, they did the best job and never missed a beat. We love that there is a 25 year warranty on the pavers as well. We highly recommend System Pavers and would use them again in a heartbeat for any project that we decide to to!

Working with Systems Pavers was a good experience. The pavers are beautiful. The project was well worth the money we spent. The staff at the company from the office people to the men doing the actual paver installation were 100% polite and professional. I would definitely hire this company again.

We had a difficult transformer issue with our Equinox project . Michael took a lemon and turned it into lemonade. He listened when we expressed our dissatisfaction. He took our conversation to heart. He listened, communicated and was attentive, pushing through to complete the project with a positive attitude. Gimbani deserves 4+ stars for his knowledge, hard work and positive attitude also! Residential parking and entryway in Happy Valley

We have purchased a brand new home with a huge backyard that did not have anything except rock retaining walls and bark dust. We wanted to start with pavers walkways, pavers patio and some low voltage lighting. After doing research and looking at few options, we decided to invite System Pavers for a design consultation and an estimate. They truly do listen to the customers, suggest great design options, show you photos yet never pressure you into anything. We are glad we spoke with system pavers. They scheduled the job quickly then, to our surprise, completed the job days earlier than expected. Our yard looks amazing. Call them - you will be glad you did. Michael, Scott, Cari and the actual crew were all pleasure to work with

JP Pierce from System Pavers came out for the initial free design and quote. He did a great job getting our input and preferences, plus included a few of his recommendations. Based on that he provided a rendering of what the finished project would look like. After signing the contract, Jeremy McCaslin, the project manager, came out and did a thorough walk through. Jeremy called a few days later and asked if they could actually start the project earlier than planned. It was great to see the transformation of our backyard and Jeremy did a great job communicating throughout the project. It was completed earlier than expected and the finished product turned out exactly as the rendering. It was completed just in time for a gathering at our house, and our guests were thrilled with the results. The team at System Pavers was great to work with and we appreciated the communication throughout the project. It was completed earlier than expected and within budget. I would definitely recommend System Pavers!

It went...OK. For the money, we expected a lot more. In the end, we were left with paver dust all over our landscaping and garage door, some lights there were haphazardly installed and fell over in a strong wind, and about 15'x15' of our backyard grass destroyed. For the price we paid, this wasn't acceptable. They also told us when we were all done that we'd need to find an electrician to connect the transformer for the lights, and then they left. Overall, at the price point, we felt they left the job just good enough to walk away. Throughout the project we had to correct a number of things, from the step height onto the patio, to the quality of the cuts on the pavers they installed. It was nearly impossible to communicate with the crew they sent (no english speakers), and they seemed to sub-contract the work to a team with another company's name on their trucks. I think we ended up with well installed pavers, but the collateral damage and the process to get there weren't great. Especially at the price point. I would look elsewhere and get more competitive quotes on our next project (and we're going to do the front of the house next). I also would get them to commit to really *finishing* the job well. Don't leave paver/concrete dust all over the place. Don't leave my grass destroyed. Don't half-install the landscape lighting and then just bail. I paid you a lot of money to finish the job. Please finish it.

From start to finish I was impressed. Beginning with working with the design consultant, Lidiana, she spent a lot of time talking with me and understanding what I was looking for and then translating it into a design that fit my home and yard. I appreciated her honesty when something I proposed was not a good fit visually, but she never forced her views, instead shared her expertise and always explained the "why" behind her answers. Once the contract was sign, Lidiana was there when I did the initial walk through with the project manager helping to provide clarity when questions came up. The project manager (Matt) and his team did an outstanding job in putting in my patio and outdoor fireplace. They worked carefully but swiftly, and finished right on schedule despite having to deal with some pretty severe weather conditions in terms of rain. At the final walkthrough the few minor corrections were completed the same day. Matt was always easy to contact if I had questions, and timely in responding. This is the largest home project I have ever been involved with and the way it turned out and how they did it definitely has me looking forward to future projects with System Pavers. The patio looks amazing!

System Pavers was a great choice to fix our muddy backyard. The process was easy from start to finish. Our dog would come in from the yard with muddy paws, not any more. We are all very happy. The whole team from the sales, project manger and install crew were great and answered all my questions and concerns. The crew was very nice and cleaned up the work site everyday. They would confirm if they needed to change anything or give me options on how I wanted the grass to look near our fence. My dog just loves his artificial grass and so do we. The grass never really stays wet and it is easy to clean up his mess. My dog could not run in the backyard and now he can and loves it.

System Pavers did our neighbors driveway last year and we were impressed with the result so we hired them to put some pavers in our backyard. The project was scheduled for late October, but they somehow managed to move us up to early September...a pleasant surprise! The workers were punctual, personable, and professional. (They were also accommodating as I asked way too many questions every step of the way!) As with most big projects, we changed our minds about some aspects of the design and Matt (project manager) was easy to communicate with and made sure that our changes were executed as we had asked. Even with all our changes, the project was completed in the estimated time frame. Overall, a very good experience. Thumbs up!

We had used System Pavers a few years ago in California, and they out-bid the competition in the Portland, Oregon, area, so we used them again. They worked with us on the design, then made us a beautiful new front walk with stairs to the sidewalk. It looks great. They cleaned up the yard when they were done. Communications with the team were good and they didn't hesitate to ask s about and then handle unexpected issues, such as a buried drain and configuring the steps around some boulders.
