Crew did a good job. Project manager was always avalible by phone for questions. Fixed things when something was pointed out quickly. Wrong lighting came with fountain they immediatly ordered the new one and i recievd call it will be in next. Week. Only problem was when the fence was put back together as it is not done right as of this time. Other things have been fixed and i am sure this will be as well.

System pavers is the company to use. We weren't even scheduled for service until mid July 2016, they called me in the beginning of June and asked if they could give me a new patio and firepit early.....uh YES I said. ? System Pavers under promised and over delivered all the way. Great communication from start to finish starting from the beginning until the end of the project. 1 week from start to finish and we had a pretty big paving project. Thanks System Pavers for turning making our dream back yard come true. By the way my girl scout troop loves the firepit (Smores time)?.

Once again, System Pavers has delighted an audience... Our building is interesting with its gray rectangular-column and arch entrance, but it is truly becoming a castle! The results are stunning! Enchanting! The walls provide seating space for leisure-time conversation and demarcation for the varied play-space functions. The front installation marks the entrance to our driveway, which otherwise was not remarkable! We enjoyed the entire design process. The crew was responsible and respectful, and when we had questions or suggestions, there was someone there immediately to listen and help! We still have Phase Two an Three to add. They are already designed and we are looking forward to the overall effect! Thank you to Ben and Jeremy! The entire team made magic happen!

After contacting System Pavers we had a design specialist at our house the next day. We chose to do the project and were contacted in a few days to schedule the project manager appointment and the start of the project. The day of the appointment no one showed up for I had to call the next day to find out what had happened to him. There was a schedule error and a new appointment was set up. He was right on the dot for the next appointment. He helped us adjust the design and was very accommodating about our indecision. The crew arrived right on time to start the project and finished the next day. We love the new patio. Our only complaint was the fact it took several days for the crew to pick up their equipment and the debris. It was during the very hot weather but still we felt it could have been done earlier. We would have System Pavers again.

We heard about System Pavers at the Home and Garden show in Eugene, and signed up for a free consultation to have someone come out. The date came for our consultant to come out and an hour past the time he was supposed to show up we called the company to find out what was going on. Turns out they had dispatched our appointment to the wrong area. We had to set up another appointment for a week later since they couldn't come out that day and do it. This time they showed up on time, even a little early, and our consultant was wonderful. He did a great job helping us put our ideas down and design just what we wanted. After he left, the company called us to set up a walk through with the project manager, and gave us the dates they were going to start our project. The date and time worked with our schedules. They then called later and said they wanted to combine our walk through with another job they were doing in our area (who booked after us) so they pushed our dates back by a week. This was the second time our schedule was changed by them. They then did the job who had booked after us first and pushed our time frame back again because the other job was quicker and wanted to work with their schedule, not asking us if the time and date change would work for us. This was the THIRD time/date change. The workers who showed up were very professional and helpful and hard workers. They worked a 10 hour day just to keep us on our time frame and that was really appreciated. They did a fantastic job, cleaned up our yard and left it in better condition than when they showed up. At the final walkthrough we were then told about the sealer you can add to make it look like the pictures they show you in the magazine. Not once was this brought up to us that it would be an additional cost to make it look like they advertised. We were already paying thousands for the patio and now it was going to be an additional $640 to make it look the way we were under the impression it was going to to begin with. We would seal it ourselves but then it would void the 25 year warranty on the pavers. This is where they trap you to pay more. Overall the quality of the patio is great and we are happy with the product. The company is a little misleading with their prices and what they include and will change dates to accommodate them and not the customer.

It started with a phone call to a number on a passing truck. From that first phone call to the job close out everyone I spoke to or interacted with was prompt, courteous and professional. The salesperson, Mike Hudgins, accommodated my wife's work hours and came after she was home from work. He did not make us feel rushed, he went over everything and made us feel comfortable with our choice to go with System Pavers. The Project Manager, Michael, was equally as professional when he came out to look at the job site and go over what we could expect. He gave me a timeframe of when we could expect the installer and they beat that date, finishing the job ahead of when we were even expecting them to start. The installer, Dirr Goldenschlaggwer, was also professional, he kept me apprised of when he would be on site working. This was great because it kept me from wondering if he was coming or not. Our overall satisfaction with the job is high and we would recommend System Pavers to anyone considering using pavers in their landscaping projects.

Work was a few days late to start but no big deal. Project manager was very accommodating to my changes and edits. Turf installers were hard working and professional. Kept the work area clean. Cleaned and organized at the end of the day. At completion of job, did a nice job of cleaning things up including spraying down my driveway to remove rocks and dirt.

These guys were amazing! We looked at several companies but chose System Pavers because they were the most professional and we thought they would have the best quality for the best price. We were right. All the way through the process, System Pavers was very punctual and responsive. They four man team that installed the patio was amazing. They were nice and finished the job impressively fast (four days) but with really high quality. They clearly had worked together a long time because they were super efficient. And they did exactly what we wanted. Nice thing about System Pavers is they offer a 25 year warranty on their paving stone patios. Hard to beat. I would definitely recommend.

Previous owner had a small 10' x 10' on a 86' wide property. It really took away from how much space there really is. Having a family, we wanted more space to play and enjoy the outdoors. Ben helped us process options and come to a conclusion on a backyard makeover. System Pavers handled one phase which is the patio. Isaeah the project manager worked well with the crew manager Mario. After the complete installation, we had a heavy rain and realized one corner was not graded. They came the following week and fixed the problem. Overall, we are very satisfied with our project. The only thing we realized is that we paid a premium. They are definitely not the cheapest out there, but the guarantee of work was proven to be worth it.

We had planned on getting the work done later in the year but because we contacted them early in the season we were given a great deal before they got busy in the spring season. They were able to start nearly immediately and quickly demolished our disorderly handmade paver backyard with deck put in by our previous owners, as well as remove a tree! Jeremy was our project lead and he was amazing, quickly addressing any concerns we had about the progress of the work. The work took a little bit longer than was predicted but that was only because of the sheer amount of dirt that needed to be removed from our backyard to level it out. Jeremy went out of his way to make sure that everything was perfect at the end and even helped us set up our landscape lighting and timed water system. I was able to speak to management after the project and they were wonderful to talk to, sincerely caring about their quality of work and customer happiness. This company has been around for over 20 years and I'm sure they will be around for another 25 which is the length of their amazing warranty, which is a big reason why we chose to go with them. I wholeheartedly recommend this company, especially Jeremy who we owe our future relaxing nights in our new backyard to.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Scott got everything right about what we wanted and Claudio and the crew went above expectations with the installation! We love both of our patios and 'chess board'! Claudio was such a pleasure to work with and made sure everything we wanted was taken care of, even when he had to come back and do it himself! The work was actually able to start ahead of schedule and finished earlier than promised! Very cool. Claudio and the crew that installed our patios. The crew was so great at spreading the dirt around anywhere I wanted and cleaning up after they were finished, even stuff that wasn't their mess! They were very fast and efficient, too.

Together, my "team" made a vision come to life with a castle-style folly in the garden, a fireplace and wall seating. The plants (well tended during the construction) flow around the hardscaping as if it has been there forever. I couldn't be more pleased with the result! I sat under the night sky with friends the first night it was completed, warming our conversation with the flames of the fire... the first time I ever actually sat in my garden since moving in 6 years ago. Imagine, that! Magic!

They were very professional. The designer (salesman) and project manager were on top of the whole project. They walked through it with us and prepared us for everything that would happen. They did everything they promised, on time, and they worked out unexpected changes to our benefit. They gave us a really good deal, and we are thrilled with the results. The workers were very professional and pleasant.

The project manager and sales representative were helpful and responsive,. The sales rep provided computer renderings before the project started, which really helped us to visualize the final product. The project manager was present throughout the project and was responsive and interested. The installation crew were skilled and efficient. System Pavers care about their customers and the final product. I would recommend them to anyone that needs high end and quality hardscaping.

I was amazed and extremely pleased by System Pavers. My backyard was a mess, overgrown and had a drainage problem. Scott was on time for his appointment with me, listened to everything I wanted, offered constructive feedback and took the time to diagram the project for my review that day. His portfolio of pictures let me see exactly what he was talking about. He worked within my budget and presented an estimate I was very happy with. I was even more pleased when the project was started within days. Michael the project manager and his team were awesome. They were responsive to suggestions and completed the project within days. Not an easy feat given the amount of rain they were dealing with! I highly recommend this company and love my new backyard space!

The System Pavers designer Noah began by asking many questions about what I wanted and needed. He also provided many options from which I could choose to refine those ideas. His portfolio included many photographs that made it easy to understand his descriptions. In his design sketch, he captured exactly what I wanted and needed for my very long and narrow patio space in a new home, creating a very pleasing design with curves that are graceful and pleasant to the eye. He clearly explained the contract elements, timing of the project and my options for payment. From there the construction team leader Michael supervised the actual construction and crew. He kept me well-informed of a delay in the delivery of my specific turf and of a prior job that took a bit longer than expected. The overall timing was still very workable and fit my schedule just fine. Both during and after the job, Michael explained the processes being used and the nature of each product as well as its after-care. I thought the entire operation was extremely professional and well done. I am sure I will enjoy many moments in that new environment! Thank you for such a comfortable setting to enjoy and such a professional look to my patio!

They were very responsive. Following a home show, they were out within a week and had the job done within 3 weeks.

Systems Pavers was great to work with. From the beginning Mike was extremely easy to work with. His knowledge on retaining walls and his attention to detail was great. He came out twice and spent over 2 hours here the first day and about 90 minutes here the next time. He marked everything out for us so we could have an understanding on how it would look in our yard versus just talking about how it would look. No other company we had come out to give us a quote spent this much time with us. Once we were ready to install we worked with Jeremy who did nothing but exceed our expectations. Once again extremely knowledgeable and very approachable with any questions we may have had. The crew was here before the sun even rose each day and most days it was pouring rain but they trudged on. Project was even finished a day or two early. We haven't gotten much use out the walls yet as it's been so rainy here but will surely enjoy them come the spring/summer time.

They were a lot more than I expected. I think there work is that exceptional that the price isn't so bad. They concreted in the outer edge so the stones stay nice and tight. I would get them again.

Chad Crivello designed an AMAZINGLY AWESOME patio with lighting and a gas fire pit. Chad stuck with us through the installation and continues to check in with us to make sure we are still satisfied with the entire product. You will not go wrong with Chad and System Pavers! This was the Nordstrom of hard scape design and installation. Price paid is personal :-)

We don't like their sales approach.They use classic high-pressure sales methods, and they bribe their referrals. Here's how we lost $700 by almost hiring them to do our driveway. The salesman comes over and spends hours with us, then offers us a great discount deal, but only if we sign up today, this minute -- which we foolishly did, and put down the required $700 deposit. The other carrot is that if you hire them, and you refer them to a neighbor, which then results in a sale, you get this huge chunk of cash -- like seven or eight hundred dollars. We finally figured out that the reason he was so pushy about wanting us to pick this particular color of pavers is that those were the pavers that invariably caught the attention of passersby and resulted in referrals. But those pavers didn't go with our house. But he was so high pressure, that we almost got them. One homeowner we met couldn't say enough good things about the company. But later, when we ended up NOT hiring them, she suddenly became willing to share all kinds of complaints -- now that no cash was coming her way. One thing they don't tell you up front is that they don't do the work themselves, they just get the sale and hire it out to an area company, which you don't get to pick. We went through days of angst trying to winnow out our real desires from the salesman's high pressure tactics. We grew so uncomfortable with the whole thing that we ended up forfeiting the $700 deposit to get out of the deal. You have three days to change your mind, but we changed our mind on the fourth day. We asked if they'd consider a partial refund of the deposit -- we thought they might consider taking an opportunity to just "be nice." We sent the email to at least two people in the company. But we never so much as got a reply acknowledging that they received it. We were prepared for a "no" answer, but the fact that they couldn't give us the courtesy of even the most minimal reply left a further bad taste in our mouths. We ended up going with a small, local Oregon company who employed none of these tactics and did a beautiful job. (This review interface forces the reviewer to list an address where the work was done. Excellent, great team. On time, got the job done, looks great, provides great customer service throughout process, really an amazing company to work with. Would highly recommend them! Also provide a 25 year warranty on work!

It went very well. Installation was difficult because there was no direct access for machinery and all the bricks had to be hand carried up and down a wooden staircase. They finished on time and the stonework is spectacular. The turf installation was not good and they had to redo it , which they did, and they have maintained it twice so far.

Nic Sliger from System Pavers called about 11;30 AM on Thursday, March 26, 2015, and arranged to meet me at the house in about 1/2 hour. He was on time and immediately saw the dip in the driveway where a section of pavers had sunk. He indicated the possible extent of pavers that might need to be reset and said he could do the fix that afternoon. No fee, we were given a 25 year warranty when the driveway was installed. Nic, had to leave briefly, but said he would be back shortly. He returned and pulled up the section of pavers causing the problem. He made a new base of sand and reset the pavers. We had recently had the driveway pressure washed to clean it and remove the weeds growing up between the pavers. I had mentioned that we had a 100 lb bag of fine sand (as used by System Pavers), so he finished off the repair job by resanding and applying water to almost the entire driveway. I asked about sealing the sand in the driveway and he discussed the issue with me and left me an estimate for System Pavers to do a wash, re-sand and seal of the driveway. Nic was very pleasant to deal with and had the requested repair done in a couple of hours. My driveway is looking perfect once again.
