System Pavers

A while ago somebody came to our house and I did not make an appointment with them, however, did give them my number (unfortunately). They called RELENTLESSLY. Like 3-4 times per day. Finally I answered one of the calls and I told them to stop, they did. However, fast forward months later and we are ready to do the yard project. I've emailed them twice and have gotten responses that say please call us. So I email them back and ask for email only right now so it is in writing and they will not email back. I called last week and asked somebody to call e about pricing. I don't want an appointment to waste theirs or my time to look if it is out of our range. Nobody called me back. I called again today and finally got a repose and the quote is double my other 2 that I've received. So way more money and way less customer service. I would stay away.

Call was answered professionally, they came to the house to discuss plans, estimate was prompt, crew was available and did work quickly. They had a book of pictures to help us choose the color and style of the pavers. During the actual work they checked with us to make sure everything was fine. They were able to include a decorative circle in the driveway that gave it some pizzazz! The path came out very cute with a charming curve to it. Slight problem of water drainage into our shed, which was fixed later at reasonable additional cost. Everyone was friendly and professional. Driveway looks fantastic. It really upgrades the look of our house and adds curb appeal, beyond the practical value. Overall I would say they are expensive but worth it.

We were impressed from the beginning with their willingness to get the job done as WE wanted it. They were professional, knowledgeable and willing at all times to get it right. They were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Our only regret is that we don't have another project for them to do! Their workers were neat, hard working and even fixed our gate!

System Pavers were wonderful from start to finish. They worked with our budget to make it affordable for us, and the work was done on time and done beautifully. Michael Cowan, the project manager, went the extra mile to help make sure everything was aesthetically pleasing. Their 25-year warranty is amazing!

Installer did not listen to what we wanted and installed different than the salesman and we had agreed on. We were not home in the daytime when work was being done. After talking to installer and foreman from system pavers we decided to leave it they way it was. They had to add on to one area that was not wide enough. That area did not get prepped right and is now separating after only 6 months

We have done a total of 5 outdoor living area projects to date with System Pavers including paver patios, installation of turf, stone work accents, LED outdoor lighting, and an outdoor shower for our spa. We consistently return to System Pavers for our projects because their customer service and quality of workmanship is the best bar none. Their design staff is great to work with and their field supervisors work hard to insure that your project flows smoothly, is done on time and on budget, and that you are kept informed throughout. The installers are very respectful of your property and take great pains to insure that no damage is done to your existing landscaping. They clean up after themselves each day and they leave the final project picture perfect. System Pavers isn’t satisfied until the customer is satisfied and they will do whatever it takes to insure the job is done correctly and to your satisfaction. I highly recommend System Pavers and will use them again for future projects. They are our “go-to-guys” for outdoor landscaping and creating alfresco entertainment areas. System Pavers has a generous referral program as well. Recommend your friends and you can earn $500 cash for each referral once your friend’s project is completed. That’s a pretty sweet deal!

Everything went very smoothly. The workers were quick, efficient and timely. Concerns were addressed and everyone was very professional. They left the job very clean and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Overall, fine. However, the team showed up very late one day, only leaving two hours to work. Did not delay completion, but I was very frustrated at their tardiness. The project manager, Michael Cowan was wonderful - quick to respond, and knowledgeable.

These guys rocked it. The sales person (Byron) was attentive and really wanted to understand how to make our project work for us in terms of scope and price. I put my project out to bid to 5 companies and was ignored by many of them (maybe because it was summer?) but System Pavers was quick, professional and was fairly priced. The project manager (Jeremy) was always on time and got my job done SUPER fast, he surpassed my expectations. I would absolutely recommend them.

My entire front entrance - huge planter area and two stairwways and two landings were removed and then replaced. My home almost feels like a new home. The design, the completion of the project - all was up to my very high standards for my home. To be honest, it all looks better than I ever could have expected. The project manager, Jeremy, was so patient and understanding and by listening to me and hearing me, he was able to even surpass my expectations. He visited my home probably 8 times and spent literally several hours helping me design the project, making sure it was what I wanted (bringing samples by) and overseeing the work. I am very pleased and very glad that I chose System Pavers to do this FACELIFT for my home!! donna

Systems Pavers installed synthetic turf in both my front and back yards in late summer. Matt, my project manager, and everyone I worked with at SP were very professional and kept me apprised of the schedule and status of the job. I highly recommend this company.

I had a paver patio installed, about 450 sq ft. Everyone Everything was great from start to finish. I had a sketch and a quote in front of me on the same day as the initial visit. We had to wait several weeks for the project to begin, but that was expected as this was in the middle of the summer. The actual work was completed in half the time I was expecting - just two days. The patio looks awesome and I would highly recommend System Pavers.

System Pavers did an awesome job on the patio. They actually were able to pull the install date in about a week and the work crew showed up on time and got a bunch of work done pretty quick. They removed the old concrete patio and dug up the grass then leveled the back yard and installed a french drain in an area where I was having drainage issues already. Then they put in the paver patio. It was a pretty large patio and it looked awesome when they were done. The crew was very professional and the System Pavers sales guy and project manager checked in with me about every day and made sure that everything was going as planned and that I didn't have any questions or problems. There were a couple of issues with the trim cuts that I didn't like, I pointed them out in the final walk through and they had a guy come out and straighten them out with no questions asked.

What I like about them is they are timely and their quality workmanship. They are quick and finished the whole job in less than 3 weeks.The patio work looks very clean.

System Pavers was a wonderful experience!! ALL work was extremely professional and timely! The crew did an amazing job. Each day all materials were cleaned up and they were VERY professional and friendly!! We would use System Pavers again in a heart beat!! Thank you!!!

Everything well...except for one misunderstanding about a lalawn water valve that was turned off in front (and not turned back on after project). Resulted in our lawn browning undetected for several days. Not a huge deal - the project itself (Pavers) is beautiful and better than expected.

The finish product was beautiful. The workers were great guys and worked really hard. Had a little issue with a drain pipe but is was replaced quickly even better than before.

The installation of the pavers went well. The workers were pleasant, professional and hardworking. They not only did an excellent job installing the pavers, the retaining wall, and the the French drain but they also did an excellent job of cleaning up the work site! I would highly recommend System Pavers to any one who would like to beautify their yard or driveway with pavers!

It went great. They were very thorough and the Project Manager and Salesman checked in with us often. We absolutely love the way everything turned out and are so happy to be able to enjoy our outdoor space. It's amazing how much bigger it made the backyard feel and our kids love the firepit and sitting wall feature. The firepit we ordered comes with a removable grill and we are excited to use it to do weekend breakfasts and more on the weekends. The stone we chose for the firepit and sitting wall is amazing! We saw pictures that we selected from but to see it in person was such a surprise. It looks even better in person than what the pictures even showed. Everything is beautiful!

It all went great. There was a little mix up with what pavers were sent but with three hours the right material was here.

Everyone involved was a true professional, and I had not one concern. The project was finished in less than 21/2 days. I knew exactly what to expect as I was always informed. A quality project all the way!

Backyard looks great and is functional now to entertain and train.
