System Pavers

Jeremy was our project manager and Alex was the head guy on the crew doing the work. Excellent communication & punctuality from them both, and their work/product quality was top notch! All of the paver installations feel solid, level, and fit perfectly together. The place where they filled in the gap by the fence is now safely filled in and blocked without flowing over into my neighbors property below. The steps I was asking for weren't your usual straight/standard style and I was using a landscape design blueprint to show them what needed to be done. They double, triple, and even quadruple checked at different steps during construction to ensure that they were following the design correctly and it came out exactly like I wanted. As an added bonus, they also identified and fixed a few issues with my sprinklers while they were putting in the french drain! I had a sprinkler head buried a foot down that I didn't know was there, which they pulled up to ground level and repaired the pipe for. I couldn't have asked for anything more!

System Pavers are the best. We moved into our home 6 years ago and the driveway was put in by System Pavers by the previous owner. We had the same pavers put in our backyard patio and another job on our front court yard. They delivered on-time and as promised. The design and work are superior. These guys are true craftsman. We had some root problems from our large trees and System Pavers repaired the driveway at no cost. They warrantee their work for 25 years and we didn't even put in the driveway. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Our paver project turned out fantastic. Our walkways are beautiful and safe to walk through again. They even made a nice gradual ramp to my front door. The crew was really nice, clean, fast and extremely courteous. We were not disappointed at all. I can't wait to use our new fire pit as well. Thank you System Pavers.

System Paver did a great job helping me design a turf putting green. The retaining wall is sturdy and great looking. The guys were in and out as scheduled. The job Forman has been great to work with. Always keeping me in the loop. Fantastic job by System Pavers.

From start to finish they did a great job. Brandon patiently measured during a horrible windstorm and was patient as I was deciding which pavers to use.. The team communicated well during the scheduling process. The crew did a great job removing the old walkway and replacing it during one of major heat waves. Jeremy was especially patient working w/me to get the correct layout for the walkway, around a poorly placed AC unit. Turned out great! I love my walkway & the addition to my existing patio! I now enjoy spending time out back and am not embarrassed to have friends over. Lost a few plants in the process but they went the extra mile in other areas.

The project manager was very clear in explaining what needed to be done to meet our needs. He was very pleasant and answered all our questions. he kept us up-dated on when the project could be started. The crew were very conscientious workers, paid good attention to details, and did a great job of clean-up. We were very happy with the finished project, and we would recommend System Pavers.

Turned out better than I had imagined

They did an excellent job but as far as cleaning up goes they didn't. I am very disappointed because the people who did the job splattered the cement material they used to put the pavers down on the side of the house. I thought it would wash off with my power washer but it didn't. I called the company and they sent out someone to power wash it themselves. They said they can paint 5 feet up since power washing doesn't work. They were going to talk with the boss and then talk to me. I haven't heard anything from them since then.

We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome or the overall experience.

I was extremely happy with System Pavers. They were the third company that I received a bid from, and our designer actually talked me out of my more expensive ideas in favor of something more practical. His plan turned out much better (and cheaper) than the crazy plan that I had initially, which the other two companies had just gone ahead with at a $6,000 higher price tag. We were never upsold or pressured. Our head contractor was extremely communicative, punctual, and dedicated. He checked in with us daily, followed up regularly, and went above and beyond to make sure the project was completed to our liking. He even went out of his way to get our existing gas line inspected, which included a lot of phone calls and people-hunting (the old had been installed by crappy subcontractors months before he got involved, and apparently had never actually passed an inspection on file with the city). The crew consistently met our needs and expectations. Well worth the money.

Working with this company was a great experience from beginning to end. The are very professional, follow through, friendly, easy to reach with questions and the quality of work was beyond my expectations. I would use them again!

Functionality of our backyard is amazing it's been great to have a living space back there. And it was all done before the 4th of July.

It started out well, but when I discovered quality issues, it ended up taking over a month to have the job done properly. The supervisor's supervisor had to get involved, and it still took much longer than I would have liked.

It was fantastic. Michael the project manager kept in contact with us from the time we signed the contract until after the project was totally completed. He was great. The crew they had working was outstanding, their craftsmanship was top notch and they really took pride in doing the best job possible. Ben ( the designer/salesman) answered all our questions after the initial evaluation and even changed some things as the project got started for us.

We discussed several options for the project and by the time it started I knew what to expect, still when it was all completed I was so pleased they did excellent work!

Who says customer service is dead. Not with System Pavers. From start to finish it has been a pleasure to work with System Pavers. Our story. We have been considering a turf for lawn for a while. We finally decided to go for it, I used Home Advisor to get info on costs, timing, etc. System Pavers was the only respond directly. Within minutes we were scheduled for a visit from sales. The meeting went for 3 hours! At the end, our job was custom designed, quoted and ready for scheduling. Follow-up was equally quick and efficient. Michael was assigned as project lead. We were informed every step of the way. Michael and his team finished the entire job in less than 2 weeks. Superb work by all. Now, the overall effect. The re-building of our back yard has been nothing short of amazing. My wife said, “Wow, our back looks like a resort.” With the finished look and functionality of the pavers, the turf lawn, and the lights, she is right. Our place has never looked better and I agree, looks like a resort. Our mud pit backyard is now a good looking and very usable and very beautiful space. Short version: We highly recommend System pavers. From the personal approach, quality of work, quality of materials, and follow-up, all is top notch.

Jeremy the project manager showed up with worker,Isiah. Isiah did not stop working until the job was done 12 hours later. He really got into his work and seemed to like it a lot. Jeremy came half way through job to check on things. The job was great. We are very happy about it all. From the beginning to end. They even did a follow up.
