Although the weather created some challenges, the job was completed in a timely manner. The crew were friendly and hard working. The project manager came by often to check on the status, and kept us apprised. Overall, we are very satisfied.

The crew we had was great. They were professional, respectful, and efficient. They finished the job quickly so our dogs could have their playground back. Couldn't be happier.

The project started off slow and the rain didn’t help. But once the weather cleared up the project just took off. Our front yard is now a big beautiful place we plan to have many summer time meals at with family and friends. We defiantly recommend them and plan to use them for our next paving project. I just wish I could show before and after photos.

We were so pleased with the work System Pavers did for us during the summer, we asked them to come back and install two more pathways in December. We are very happy with all the work they have done and look forward to working with them again in the future.

We are so happy with our choice to use System Pavers! They have been professional, thorough, and timely throughout the entire process. When the electrician was delayed a bit during the holiday season, they let us know right away. They always kept us in the loop. The crew was reliable, and worked hard despite the cold weather. And now - our patio looks fantastic! They listened to what we wanted, and turned our vision into a reality. We can't wait for warmer weather to arrive so we can show it off to our neighbors and friends! We would definitely use System Pavers again.

OK. Crews are in short supply, apparently. Our Fall project became a December project. The first crew did not want the work, the second crew did a job to expectations. This survey is not specific to the Sales, Project Management or actual work performance areas. Sales took our ideas and laid out the ideas into a design. Project management kept us completely informed to job status and was our interface to the work crew. Materials were delivered too early and excess picked up a week after project completion. Two pallets were parked on my neighbors property.... The sub-contracted work crew usually started after 10:00am and left at dark around 4:30pm. so the project took days longer to complete than expected. Below freezing weather and cold was also an issue, but they knew this before starting work in December.

We stopped at the Irvington Farmers Market in September and I saw their booth. I was finishing a kitchen remodel and the new french doors required steps down to the backyard. They offerred me $500 off for scheduling the sales call from the booth and then gave me a $1500 "end of summer" discount since they couldn't do the job until December. Sales guy came by with a big book and a video and we talked styles and he gave me a price that I agreed to and I paid a 10% downpayment. Calls and emails with the contract followed. Appt for walk through with the project manager was scheduled for the week before install. Matt was great, sprayed the outline of the patio and we talked step depth, width, how the junction box to the garage had to be moved (scope creep!) and when the guys would be out. They arrived as scheduled. Completed the job over the course of 4 half days. There were a few issues and Matt reviewed with me for final walk through. No arguments, just called the guys back out and they fixed them that same afternoon! No muss, no fuss. Gabino and Ceasar were very professional and polite and worked like crazy in that cold east wind. I am very pleased with the company, the service and the product. The 25 yr warranty is great too - if anything starts wobbling or cracks, they'll come fix it for free.

Efficient. Friendly. High quality. Great service. All these describe those that worked on our project, from JP, who helped design; Matt, the site supervisor, through Gabino and the other worker (I apologize I forgot the name) that blended the extension into the patio so you can't tell it was done at different times. The rain didn't stop them from being great workers. We would recommend this crew to anyone!

Very pleased with the process and result from working with System Pavers. From the planning phase they helped guide us to create a walkway that met our needs and suggested some ideas we hadn’t thought of. The walk thorough with the Project Manager, Michael Cowan, just before project start allowed us to clarify the different elements of the project and tweak the finished plan. The actually construction moved along nicely despite not the best of working conditions, the Weather. The workers were patient with me when I pressed to ensure the project was going the way I envisioned. Their finished product will add to the functionality and value of our home. Overall very pleased with all aspects of the project.

The job looks great. They were able to get it done a few months earlier due to a cancellation. The guys were here for two days and removed all the old cement, brickwork and sod, and laid in the new pavers. They were on time, efficient, and cleaned up everything when they were finished. It looks really nice and we feel confident that we will not have water in the basement any more during wet winters.

System Pavers was great! They were friendly, helpful and easy to work with. They helped us problem solve in our very shaded backyard and come up with a design that fit our budget, will work with our limited natural light, and looks great! Michael our project manager was awesome and the crew finished much faster than we anticipated. We'd definitely recommend them! We're so happy to finally have a backyard we can enjoy.

I originally contacted six different places to get an estimate on turf, and not only were they the only place to respond, they did so within ten minutes. From the original contact, until completion of the job everyone we worked with was great. Everything was fully explained and everyone was very nice. We couldn't be happier with the work and have recommended System Pavers to everyone who has asked.

Amazingly well....I am from the desert in Palm Desert, California and now I have a little bit of California Style, in my yard again. I live on a busy street, and unfortunately the curb sidewalk looked so ugly, always with weeds, or dead grass growing. I bought so much Round Up!! I knew I had to make a change. My two dogs constantly brough dirt, grass clippings, and bark dust in the house, becasue the front yard is where they like to hang out. After trying hazelnut shells, bark dust, rocks, stone...I was so unhappy. My front is clean lookig, weed free, and a style of California back in my life. Thank you System Pavers. I might add their two labor workers were amazingly tough to work endlessly in the heavy, cold rain, and never stop until the work was done. Cleaned up beautifully afterwards, as well.

Great I had very good experience with System Pavers. They were on time, well organized and did excellent job. My driveway look s great.

We found System Pavers at a neighborhood street fair in August and received a response to our inquiry within two days. The company worked with us on a bid to rebuild our aging patio. While we were told it could be up to four months to get to the project, we were able to have the project started in less than 12 weeks. The company worked with us to build a beautiful new patio with a custom access ramp for our disabled son. Additionally, we added width to our driveway and created a wheelchair landing ramp in our landing strip. The work was completed in just over a week and is very beautiful. The crews were courteous, the cleanup was immaculate and the finished result is stunning. The work is guaranteed for 25 years. We are extremely happy with the final result.

System Pavers went above and beyond to work with us! They were timely and neat in their application, and checked with us daily to make sure we were happy. We would highly recommend them to our friends and family!

I have used System Pavers in the past. This is my second job with them. I believe they are very flexible and have good support during the completion of the work. Both Jeremy and Cari of System Pavers did an excellent job keeping me advised of project startup and coordinating the efforts with the contractor who performed the work. Work performed was high quality. I would recommend using System Pavers if you have any work like this that you need completed.

Jeremy and his crew in Portland were great. They treated my small patio and sidewalk project as important as a largescale job. We had a few surprises along the way but the crew did a fantastic job of handling them with smart/quick decision making and even working on an off day for resolution. The customer service was extremely good. We were felt to be very important and every question/concern was addressed immediately. The whole team was very attentive to the job and doing the best job possible and sticking to the timeline.

Very professional group with excellent workmanship. Everyone we worked with along the way was knowledgeable and helpful and the workmanship was excellent. They did a great job setting expectations and sticking to their commitments. Matt was our PM and kept us informed throughout. We had a couple of minor hiccups that are to be expected in any project like this and he addressed immediately. Makes all the difference when you have a PM who takes ownership.
