Description of Work: I am one happy homeowner who had System Pavers install pavers in my courtyard. My main concern was the slope for water to drain away from the side of the house. Design Consultant Scott Hartman came over and looked over the courtyard and made recommedations how deep the soil would be dug out and how the pavers would be laid out. He also showed me different types of quality pavers to be used to make my courtyard stunning. After our nice visit, I was completely satisfied with Scott to have their company start the job after he went over the drawing plans and specifications. Recently, Project Manager Michael Cowen and his team crew started and completed work on my courtyard. Michael is very professional, patient, trustworty, and knowledgeable. I had concerns and questions that developed during the process, and Michael was available to satisfy my concerns and willing to work with me. I also was pleased to see that the crew takes a lot of pride in the workmanship and clean up after installation. In addition, they were very courteous, professional, skillful, and hard workers. After the job was completed, we did a walk through to make sure I was satisfied. All I can say is that I was very happy to see how smoothly the project moved forward and that I made a wise choice going with pavers. If you want the job done right professionally with great teamwork, System Pavers is the way to go. These professionals are a great asset to the company. I also want to commend Haley who works in the office for the excellent customer service.

Description of Work: Followed up an advertising mailer. The job was expensive by any standard, but we understood that. While we will never choose to live in the kind of luxury home where this quality of driveway would be the norm, spending this amount to have a really beautiful driveway seems to us a good investment. Return calls and all service were very timely and high quality.

Description of Work: A new driveway and lamp columns.

Description of Work: Brick round pad for firepit, pathway and backyard lighting. They transformed my back yard - love the job they did!!! They are responsive to fix any issues after the job was done. Very professional.

Description of Work: They put in an 800-square foot patio, a covered pavilion and an outdoor fireplace. We are very happy with the final product.

Description of Work: The final design and product (a paver driveway) was very nice and I have confidence that it will last a long time. The process was arduous though. The design was great but required me to bring them back to get it right so that drainage would flow properly. They handled it properly but it was clear that the designer, project manager and work foreman didn't talk much. I had to personally go through the design with each of them.

Description of Work: Installed front walkway and replaced front porch

Description of Work: System pavers removed a broken concrete patio (approx. 450 sq. ft.) and replaced it with nice grey colored pavers. They also installed a 75 ft. French drain to duct the run off away from the house. The installation was pricey but in this case "we got what we paid for". They really did a fantastic job and the final product looks very nice. They had a 3 person crew that took only 2.5 days to complete the job. I mean these guys were hustling. We are very happy with the results.

Description of Work: Came and drew a design for the space we had. Installed a patio. Took 2 days. 5 workers. They worked very hard and with guidance of the supervisor, they did very well. Friends have complemented the patio design and appearance. With the 25 year guarantee, I did not get other bids. Do not know if their bid was low or high. Wife likes it - end of story.

Description of Work: Loved these people from the service, presentation, warranty side but just too expensive for our needs (only going to be in the house a few years).
