Description of Work: The person that answered the phone wasn't very friendly. The soonest they could schedule an appt for me was Wed.

Description of Work: Pipeline carried out spot repair to a broken water main line to the house. Replaced a section of the PVC piping that had 3 fittings with a straight connection (no fittings) using PEX. This new material is supposed to handle any ground movement that caused the original break.

Description of Work: Replaced gas water heater. Had to add to estimated installation cost because some connecting pipes were corroded, but at very reasonable cost. Plumber was pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Description of Work: I bought a deal from them for drain cleaning.

Description of Work: The shower was clogged and he took care of the problem. Also the pipes under the kitchen were leaking. It was fixed.

Description of Work: They replaced a water pipe that had burst, in our garage, during the winter freeze. They were the ultimate professional and we would highly recommend their services.

Description of Work: I purchased a $69 Big Deal for a Water Heater Flush & Inspection. They cleaned it out and said everything looked good. Everything was fine.

Description of Work: $99 unplug a toilet coupon is what I bought. All good with the concept, but he fought and fought and fought with the slow drain that he snaked and never could get to seem like it was flowing properly. He finally gave up and said "I have done what I could do and definitely can't find anything blocking it, but it's just not siphoning properly" | |Then he went to do the second task I asked about: replacing another toilet's tank bolt that broken off. That he did in about ten minutes, and charged me another $40. | |When he left, I was concerned about the flow of toilet #1, but in reality, weeks since proved it doesn't sound or look like it's flowing, but it is a drastic improvement from where it was before he came. So all good.

Description of Work: They tried to locate a blockage in my drainage system. The first two tries failed, but the owner, Perry came out later on his own at no charge and found the source of the problem. He did not give up until the blockage was removed. We were very thankful for his expertise and perseverance.

Description of Work: I purchased this deal for my son who has had plumbing problems. The folks from pipeline were very professional and knowledgeable. Another plumbing company told my son that in order for them to scope his sewer pipes, the line had to be dry. Pipeline came in scoped the lines, found the problem, and showed my son the location of the clog. Their employees are most courteous. This was money well spent!

Description of Work: Fair price. Good work. I would use them again. I was a bit disappointed with a couple of scrapes to my wood floors that I found after they were gone, but maybe getting a new tub into the bathroom is not possible without a few bumps & scratches.

Description of Work: This was my second time using Pipeline Plumbing. In the spring of 2013, I had a 50gal water heater replaced for around $1,000. Pipeline was a recommendation of a friend and they did a great job. Since that time, I've moved into a new home that needed a new water heater. When I saw the Angie's List promotion for a new water heater from Pipeline this spring, I jumped on it. I could't be happier with the quality of their work and their professionalism.

Description of Work: Provider fixed a broken pipe in the garage. The technician did it efficiently, and the cost was minimal. He also told us what to do to avoid problems the next time we have a cold snap.

Description of Work: He came on time and was professional. It cost me more because he had to go into the drain from the roof because I did not have an outside access. I would not do this again because it was not as effective as I thought it would be. He was professional and I was expecting to pay more because of the lack of access to the pipe. Because of the L shape it was not as effective as it might have been. That was not the provider's fault.
