Description of Work: Reinstall toilet with new shims, wax ring and chalk.

Description of Work: The entire team at Pipeline Plumbing helped my experience with getting new water pipes in my house a seamless process, and they were high highly understanding; courteous; and professional. A job well done.

Description of Work: Matt of Pipeline Plumbing was in charge of replacing our ancient main water line, all of the lines in the basement leading to the verticals, a utility sink, three faucets upstairs, two outside, and adding another faucet in the back yard. He was friendly, informative, efficient, on time, generous, creative and tidy. The City inspector even said it was a good job. We are pleased!

Description of Work: They did three things: 1) come out to look at and diagnose a leak for washing machine in basement. 2) Installed new washing machine hose and tested upon completion. 3) Removed old and installed new drainage and venting (approx 8' of piping and drilling into concrete). Work was fast and thorough and very tidy. Worker was courteous and helpful. I was pleased with the work. Price was about same as other vendor's I checked with.

Description of Work: They replaced the leaky drain on shower floor. Went good, he fixed it in under an hour with a drain clamp and it's all good.

Description of Work: They repaired two toilets, fixed a leak in kitchen sink, and installed a new faucet.

Description of Work: They replaced the water pressure regulator for my house.

Description of Work: He took a video of the of the 3 1/2 inch pipe from the house to the sewer. He gave me a DVD copy of the video to keep. He had trouble removing the rusty threaded sewer cap adjacent to house. He had to drill and saw cap into sections in order to remove it. Replaced cap with new plastic cap.

Description of Work: Put in an outside electrical plug in on the house, he also located an indoor valve/faucet that had not been turned on for over 10 years which provided water to the outside faucet. I was SO grateful!!

Description of Work: This company was wonderful to work with. They were kind and professional from the office to the plumbers who arrived to do the work. They suggested I purchase parts ahead, which saved work time and allowed me to choose what I wanted. They quoted a fixed price for each job. With two working, the work went quickly and efficiently, and the final product was beautiful. They left everything very neat. I think plumbing work is always expensive, so I think the price was reasonable compared to the hourly rates of other companies, and this company doesn't charge for 'driving time' like some others. Also their encouragement to have the supplies ready saved time as well. I feel really good about the overall experience and would encourage others to go with Pipeline Plumbing.
