Came to the house on a Friday within a couple of hours of contacting them to repair our hot water heater and restore hot water to our house. Other plumbers were up to a week out! Pipeline fit us into their schedule right away and saved us from being without hot water over the weekend and into the next week!

IT went GREAT! Brent came in, took a look at the pipes and within 30 minutes had cleaned the pipe out resealed it and I was back in business. He was the second person to come out to look at this problem. The day before another company sent a guy out who took 30 min. just to do the paper work??? It was insane. So I asked him to leave and called Pipeline which I SHOULD have done in the first place. THANK YOU PIPELINE AND THANK YOU BRENT!!!!!

Really great. Their price was reasonable in comparison to other quotes. They arrived when they said they would and when traffic made them late, I received a call before their anticipated arrival time to let me know when to expect them. They were quick, explained exactly what they were doing, checked out with me when they left for lunch setting expectations on when they would return and cleaned up after themselves. Front office was very responsive as well and always willing to help.

The work went well. Was very disappointed in the fee system. I was charged $475.00 for less than 2 hrs. of work. The water line repair was materials $60 - labor $305. Cut access in sheet rock was $130 all labor. All he did was make a bigger square hole 18"x20" in the closet ceiling, and not a very neat hole. Took just a few minutes. I called about the excess cost and was told that was the base cost for that work, if it takes 4-5 hrs or like me - much much less time. The leak was very easy to get to. Oh, and he used my new Rubbermaid 3 step stool that was completely covered in damp caked on sheet rock dust that took me an hour to clean.

Love these guys! During the installation of a new A/C unit, workers noticed a serious leak in my crawl space and a leak from a toilet that was above the closet where the furnace & water heater are located. On their first visit, Josh replaced my old toilet with a new one. I rated the overall price as a "B" mainly because I know I could have had the toilet installed by Home Depot for $159 and Pipeline charged me $300. The leak in my crawl space required a second visit because cleanup was necessary before the repair could be completed. (The drain pipe under the kitchen sink had completely separated.) Josh and Jared returned for the repair which turned out to be more complicated and extensive than expected. They did a great job and were very professional. As far as the overall price for the job is concerned, I believe you get what you pay for, and the fact that they guarantee their work is important to me. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.

The representative was kind, courteous, and professional. He immediately recognized what needed to be done and thoroughly checked the different options of how to do the installations including and all the possible problems that might arise with the fix/installation. The person who gave the bid is the same person who came back and did the work. He planned everything so that water would be shut off for as short a period as possible. He told us exactly how to prepare places at risk of getting dirty from all the drilling and cleaned up after himself when he was done.

Excellent! Arrived earlier than expected, great communication from office, finished under time allotted, beautiful job, cleaned area well. Price was comparable to others. Will use again, and recommend.

Ultimately gave them a C for two reasons: - They didn’t use red and blue colored pex for hot and cold lines. Small thing but annoying. - They installed hose bibs that were known to fail. Then when we asked for them to come back and replace them (twice, the first replacement failed) the techs that came took every opportunity to lay blame on us, AFTER admitting the bibs were known to fail and were being recalled. Just....annoying.

Great experience start to finish. Wish I had started with them and purchased the water heater from them rather than from the third party! Oh well - live and learn.

Pipeline sent a specialist within a few hours. The initial appointment had to be postponed once, but the communication was good all along. The plumber himself was very professional. He thoroughly researched the problem. Since the toilet was functioning fine by the time he arrived, he recommended waiting to see if the problem reoccurs. He ended up spending about a half an hour evaluating the problem and didn't charge us anything. We'll definitely call them back if the problem reoccurs! Highly recommended.

Very professional and courteous service from both the office staff, and the plumbers. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the repairs went, considering how much needed to be done. Excellent service! I made sure to get their business card so that I can hire them again. Their price quotes were very competitive.

I asked for an estimate or understanding of their billing when I set up appointment. I was told over the phone that was not possible but that the plumber would give an estimate once he was on site and could tell me cost. When person came, even before seeing the bathrooms, he told me they priced jobs at a fixed price that totaled $442. I was thus presented with the choice of sending him back and getting another bid or letting him do the job. I told him this felt like a bait and switch but wanted the job done. I also could not evaluate the price because I did not know how long the repairs would take. Took him less than 90 minutes. Total parts cost were $56 (per their invoice, which I had to specifically demand to get the parts cost information). I therefore paid $257 per hour for standard plumber work. I also have been asking them multiple times for the precise identification of the parts they used in the toilet and sink for over three weeks and they have declined to provide it. They did not use OEM parts on the Toto toilet and I am not certain with respect to the Delta faucet. At this price and with this pricing policy, I cannot recommend them to anyone.

These people are really good! They were in contact a number of times to set up the visit and then to provide progress updates before arrival. Brent, the plumbing technician, was excellent: knowledgeable, proficient, fast, friendly, courteous. The work was done in short order, and with a clean bill of health. Couldn't ask for better service. Many thanks.

I called Pipeline and explained I needed a lavatory sink installed in my bar as well a drain line run from an icemaker. I asked how much it might cost and she said they needed to send a plumber out to evaluate the job. Well the plumber arrived this morning. I showed him the lav sink and he literally pulled out a "menu" of pricing and went to lav sink. $480 just to install the sink which would take less than an hour. There really doesn't seem to be anything to evaluate. Doesn't matter if it takes 5 minutes or 5 hours. Lav sink install = $480. It would be really nice that if their pricing is all based on a fixed menu that they just tell you the set price ahead of time so that they don't waste everyone's time. ie. if all the plumber is going to do is come out, confirm it is indeed a lav sink and then look that up in the pricing menu just tell us that. Honesty and transparency will get you a long way in this business.

Perfect. They fixed the plumbing in our house two years ago. the outdoor faucets were a little short and difficult to access. they came back and fixed the issue at no charge.

Ken was very friendly,courteous and professional. He fixed the plumbing issues quickly and efficiently.. It was a blessing because we were having a family gathering this weekend.

It went perfectly. Drew was very thorough and extremely skilled and did the job easily. It is worth noting that the location of the leak made for an awkward working position and situation but he never complained once and was very positive, friendly, and great to work with. A++

The repair work went great. The location and conditions of doing the pipe repair weren't great, but the plumber didn't complain once, was very friendly, and did great work.

I provided Pipeline with a detailed description of the problem including manufacturing information and a complete photo album. They said they'd send a service plumber for $75 to diagnose the problem. When the plumber came he was completely unprepared for the problem, completely unaware of the information I previously sent to Pipeline to ask if they could solve this specific faucet leak. He instead took pictures (the same that I sent in advance of the visit). And he Googled the faucet manufacturer on his phone. The front office staff did nothing to make this a productive visit. They just wanted the $75 to open the door.

Ken was right on time and very efficient. He listened to my description, tested the valve and diagnosed the issue. When he finished the repair, he touched the shower head and found it loose. He recommended tightening the shower head and when he took it apart, found the pipe rotted. I would have encountered a more serious issue if that pipe let go. I was grateful for his thoroughness in checking the fixtures because I never suspected an issue with the shower head. He was very pleasant as the first call on Monday morning. Great way to start the week with a successful repair!

They decided that the best way to address the problem (which previously had been tackled unsuccessfully by another company) was by going on the roof and use the vent. That did the trick, in no time. Excellent work! I had received an estimate from this other company proposing to address the problem by doing some major plumbing -- for $1500!
