THEY DID THE JOB ON BUDGET AND AS SCHEDULED, THEY DIDN'T BREAK ANYTHING, THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY.

Had a clogged sink, its usually slow but this time wasn't draining at all. I used acid and liquid plumber with bad results. I think I caused a small leak with the acid eating my pipes and filled my sink with rust when I added the liquid plumber. No change in water level for a day so I called a plumber. I have very old pipes and feared the worst. I've had roto-rooter explode old pipes in the past, so I was wary when I called the plumbers this time. These guys understood that the pipes were old and assured me they wouldn't be using a jet. It took sometime about an hours worth of work to determine where the leak and clog were. They noticed that part of the problem with slow draining was how my under sink pipes were installed so I asked them to fix that as well. It looks like the problem was just years of accumulation so they snaked the underground line and flushed the pipe (not with a jet but with a hose attachment). Then they scoped the line with a camera and determined that it was in pretty good shape. They installed a clean out close to the spot of the clog so that I can go and get the hose attachment they used and flush it myself in the future.

Pipeline Plumbing did an excellent job replacing our entire water and plumbing needs to the curb. The work was done quickly and efficiently with a high level of quality.

Adam came by for a quote and said he could complete in one day. Others said two to three days. It was completed as advised. Three plumbers worked well together and completed a difficult job in a timely manner.

After having to other companies out to give us bids for a "rough-in" to a new bathroom, we chose Pipeline, not only because they we prompt and professional but also because they listened to the scope of work and gave us a bid to do it. The other companies gave us bids that included finish work. Well done! They work was completed in the time frame they quoted AND when we ran into an inspection problem with our supply line, Pipeline worked with us to help us cut costs (meaning we cut about 6 hours of labor by digging ourselves). Would highly recommend this company.

The crew showed up about 20 minutes late - but were friendly and professional upon arrival. Immediately went to task and then spent the next hour working on my drain. They were polite, cleaned up after themselves and worked the entire time they were here. My drain now runs free and clear.

The job was started the next day. Really pleased with Aron's professional approach to the job. Notified us when running late to the job and gave us expected arrival time. Aron put down tarps to protect the floors. Excellent job of clean up. Overall, I am really pleased with the outcome and would recommend and hire Pipeline Plumbing and Drains again. I have always been very happy with the work they do and I have been using them for years. They always have very competitive prices and usually are the cheapest in price. They are very experienced with plumbing and will answer all of my questions and give me any kind of information, that I ask for.

The point man arrived on time to scope the job. The backhoe crew arrived later. It then took them 3 hours to complete the job. The guys were friendly, polite, and informative. Their price was not the lowest bid, but still competitive.

They arrived about 45 minutes later than they said they would, but it was Saturday morning (for the same price as weekday) so I wasn't in a big hurry. Once the two guys got here, they finished the work in about 1 hour and asked if there were any other issues, not on the work order, that they could help me with. There was, and they were VERY helpful with letting me know what I needed. I was really impressed with their work, cleanliness and efficiency. Price was a lot, but not more than I expected for a licensed plumber.

The whole experience was fantastic. From start to finish, the people I worked with were courteous, professional, and efficent. The entire process took two days, which seemed miraculous to me. We are exceedingly happy, and have called them back to work on a putting in a 1/2 bath in the basement.

A solid and professional job, work performed on schedule. Weather presented some problems, but they were very good at working around it.

In speaking with another plumber, I was lead to believe that the entire valve needed to be replaced. When Pipeline showed up, they said a few cheap part would fix the problem. For $13 in parts and one hour labor, the problem was quickly fixed. Great service. Trustworthy company.

IT TOOK A WHILE TO GET ON THEIR SCHEDULE, BECAUSE THEY ARE BUSY FOLKS, BUT WHEN ON THE JOB, THEY WERE FAST AND BUSINESSLIKE. ALSO, THEY CALLED ME NUMEROUS TIMES TO UPDATE ME ON PROGRESS AND SCHEDULING CHANGES SO I ALWAYS KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON. THEY HELPED ME SELECT GOOD HARDWARE AND MAKE GOOD CHOICES REGARDING REPAIRS. WHEN THE FIRST REPAIR TURNED OUT TO HAVE A SLOWLY SEEPING LEAK, THEY CAME BACK THE SAME DAY I CALLED AND RE-DID IT AT NO FURTHER COST TO ME. THEY ARE PROBABLY NOT THE CHEAPEST PLUMBERS IN TOWN, BUT THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH THE PROCESS THE WHOLE TIME. NICE FOLKS TOO.

THE COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY CAME BACK WHEN WE INDICATED THAT THERE WAS A LINGERING SMELL FOR NO CHARGE (FOUND OUT IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT--IT WAS A DEAD MOUSE). PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK.
