Pipeline Plumbing & Drains

It went great! Called pipeline to get a quote on repiping my old galvanized pipes as I had no hot water water pressure in the kitchen sink or the bathroom tub. Their estimator Perry came out and said while I would love to repipe you house, that is not your problem. He said I had rust in the valves that just needed to be blown out and performed a small test to convince himself of that. I ask if they do that kind of work "Sure" was his answer. I asked the cost and his estimate was 10% of what it would have cost to repipe the house. Happy was I. So two days latter Jeff Barrett and a fellow he was training cam out, on time. Immediately they went to work, drop cloths, tools, got everything in place. I was working down stairs in my basement so I could hear their footsteps as the moved through the house. No dragging their heels just to pad the bill. Quick as possible. At one point Jeff was having trouble loosing a facet handle and called me up to show me it and said it might break ( very old stuff ), he also informed me that I should replace both the hot and cold water turn off's and that George moorland might not have replacement parts redialy available. Hence I could be without use of that tub/shower for a while so I said go for it. Jeff took pictures and the old parts to George Moreland. He said they would be back in 30 to 45 minutes. Ah ah I thought another chance to pad the bill - coffee break. Well I was wrong, back in 35 minutes with the parts. Well you got to know that some where the other shoe was going to drop, the parts had to be where heavy hidden costs would be. Wrong again, only $69.00 for the parts. Am I a cynic, yes because I dealt with a different plumber a year ago on a condo I own and there were issues with hidden costs, a discrepancy in actual time spend ton the job, so I was cynical. Perry, Jeff and his partner and I am sure all Pipeline Plumbing personal are straight shooters. Will always recommend them.

He was 35 min. late, but someone called, so I rearranged my time.Got the washers done, but had to go find other parts and was gone for about an hour. Did the work well and am satisfied with the job so far, Do believe $165.00 an hour is pretty high. At least he didn't charge me for the hour he was gone for parts.

We have a century old house that needs lots of help. Nolan replaced some stuck, dripping faucets and a drip around the water main handle. He didn't know ahead of time exactly what he was getting into, but had the supplies he needed in his vehicle. He even showed me what he was doing, especially concerned that I knew how to stop the leak around the water main handle myself. The basement faucets are now much better than they ever were before and I learned a few things. He was a pleasure to work with.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out great. This was the first time I used this company. I would recommend the person that was here. He was very professional and knew what he was doing.

The plumber arrived on time and equipped to do the job which originally was replacing the damaged outside faucet. Installing and running a water line to the new faucet was an add-on job when he arrived. He handled the additional job with professionalism and under the estimate given before he began.

Was able to call and get an appointment the next morning. Service was on time and work completed quickly. Will call again for future plumbing needs.

Everything from the first point of contact to the finish both Pipeline Plumbing and the plumber ( Ryan Benson) were nice, professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable... Ryan had everything that was needed to fix anything...he didn't have to stop and go get or special order a part ! They even cleaned up after themselves. Everything was done in a timely manner and Ryan even had a apprentice with him as well. I will be recommending Pipe plumbing and specifically Ryan to people I know for household pluming problems..... i just wish I had call this place first and I wouldn't have had the kitchen issue or the expenditures because it would have been done properly the first time!

We had used them before and was very pleased with them so we called them again to install a garbarge disposal. Again, they did a very good job and was happy with the installation.

Their technician finished the original tasks in under an hour and offered to look at the plumbing in our only bathroom. He changed out the cylinder and the faucet so that we essentially have plumbing in the bathroom. We questioned him about the shore head placement and he offered a budget fix that I could probably do myself. Very pleased and would use them again for any problems that might arise.

Ryan Benson was especially fast and experienced in removing and reinstalling the toilet to stop a seep around the base. He knew exactly how to handle it and I couldn't ask for a better job.

They installed a garbage disposal for me. They did the work within the allotted time. Everything works properly.

Completed the requested repairs within the two hour coupon window, except leaking shower/bath. Diagnosis indicated it was plumbed incorrectly. Repair would require removing tile or coming thru the sheetrock on the other side of the wall, on a ladder since part of second story vaulted ceiling. Decided to live with leaky shower for now. Friendly, professional and answered all my questions.

Tech was very professional and did fine work.

Came within two days of calling, prompt service, good work, fair price. They had to go buy a couple of parts and did that very quickly as well so we weren't waiting with a torn apart sink for more than 45 minutes. Definitely would use again.

I had purchased the Big Deal in November for future needs as I had used Pipeline Plumbing for an earlier big project. It worked out well except for a misunderstanding about the timing of Ryan's arrival. I didn't realize that the 2 hour span I was given was for the arrival time, not the whole job and he got there at the end of the time slot. He did all that I needed well and I was glad to get it all done for a good price. I just had to pay for a few parts over the Big Deal price.

The gentleman who performed the services at my home was friendly & efficient. I didn't feel any time was wasted. I had purchased all the required elements ahead of time, & he installed them quickly & to my specifications. I will definitely use Pipeline Plumbing again, if I have any future plumbing needs.

Service was great. Flushed water heater, told me in good condition. He did leave water heater in pilot position. We realized when we ran out or hot water.

They were fine. I bought a big deal from Angie's List. They were prompt and accurate. The guy was really friendly and nice. I had a whole handful of issues, but he dealt with what he could and explained why he couldn't deal with the other one without me having the other equipment. It was a good experience.
