Company responded first thing in the morning after I put it on Angi’s list. I said I needed it ASAP and A guy was at my house 30 min after that. He was super nice, professional and thoroughly checked that the job was done. I have a 90 day warranty just Incase but I’m sure I won’t need it. Would definitely recommend.

The faucet had actually come loose from the pipes in the wall. It was all repaired within an hour, with no additional cost.

On time, very quickly done. Came back again because I thought I still had a problem. They did a double-check, found no problem and did not charge for the second visit. Turns out the soaked carpet in the adjoining room all took place before they repaired and replaced the faucet and just took a few days to completely dry out.

The work that they did was fine. Unfortunately they could not replace the ~1 foot funnel that connects the gutter to the same downspout. This was the more important problem associated with this particular downspout. I'm still looking for a solution to this problem. So they were only able to resolve half the problem.

The technician wasn't able to get the scope into the drain pipe, so he suggested he perform a basic evaluation by running a snake down the line, and that he should be able to feel whether the pipe is collapsed. I agreed, and he quickly ran a snake down the drain and ran into something. When he withdrew the snake he showed me it was clearly caked with clay-like mud and dirt. That was all the proof I needed. Then to my great surprise he told me there was no charge for the evaluation because we're an Angie's List member! We're very pleased.

Brent did an excellent job. Arrived on time and explained process to fix my rain drain. After successfully completing the job, and no extra charge, he fixed the pipe by bringing it above ground level since it could have been the root cause of the problem. Their pricing was very competitive

They canceled on me at the last minute and couldn't reschedule for three days plus weekend time.

We needed to replace an old toilet and had chosen a new one. Office staff Taylor and Samantha kept me informed about pricing and scheduling and Drew was very professional, installing in about 45 minutes. Our only hiccup came when we realized supplier gave an ADA toilet instead of regular size. Taylor and Samantha again worked hard to get the replacement and schedule a quick re-install. Overall I was very satisfied with the job and would recommend Pipeline to others.

I needed to get the valves replaced that connected to my washing machine. I got a quote from them thru the Angie's List interface, and set up my appointment over the messaging app. Drew showed up during the appointment window and got to work. I was worried that a bunch of dryway was needing removal, but Drew was able to get sparkling new valves in with minimal changes in the appearance to my laundry room. He was professional and courteous.

Plumber arrived at beginning of arrival window. He was professional. friendly and finished the job in timely fashion. I will definitely will call them for any future plumbing needs.

They were very prompt and completed the work in a couple hours. I was impressed with there ability to get the job done immediately and not have to make another appointment.

I spoke with Samantha at Pipeline Plumbing. When I scheduled the appointment, i made it very clear what i wanted to have done (replace 2 pop-up & grid strainers). I was not told on the phone that Pipeline does not charge by the hour but has a flat rate system. Instead of telling me what the flat rate is for these 2 items, i was told that their service call fee is $75. When the plumbers showed up, to my surprise I was quoted a flat fee of $220 for the first strainer and $150 for the second pop up strainer. When I voiced my shock and asked about the price for each part, the plumber said that each part is around $30. I felt taken advantage off because i was not told when scheduling the appointment that these are their going rates and that there are set flat fees for projects. After I was quoted these rates, I was concerned about having to pay the $75 service call fee and sending them away and still not getting the project done. I would not have made an appointment with them, had I known that the rate it came out to be was over $300 for a little over an hour. As both of the new kits were leaking when installed, they had to be taken apart and installed again. The project took therefore longer than it should have. Nobody informed me that the $75 would be waived if you are an Angie’s List customer. Obviously, 2 things were not communicated at all. First - Pipeline does not charge by the hour but uses flat rates and Second - $75 will not be charged if customer used Angie’s list. Be aware when using Pipeline - otherwise you will be stuck with outrageous fees for something that should be a very minor project.

The assessor and the team that came in to fix were both very responsive and did a great job. They assessed one morning and the next they were there to fix the issue even though we could still use our water.
