Pipeline Plumbing & Drains

The ice machine was installed nicely but after that everything went south. It was Friday afternoon and the guy did not want to be there. He complained and found multiple excuses to not fix the external faucet bib. He said he'd need to rip into the sheet rock etc., etc., Even though the ice machine appears ok, the guy was just not professional. We called another company who was able to reconstruct the external bib and it's working great.

He fixed the issue and performed service on both sides. Everything turned out well. He was professional and I would use them again in the future. He was very thorough and punctual. He showed me what the old washers looked like.

I called Pipeline Plumbing after searching for a reputable plumber on Angie's List. I didn't have any referrals from friends so trusted that my choice in going with them would be a good one. Inspections of current plumbing were made on two rental homes. Because of the age of the homes, I expected to receive estimates on the higher side. All of the plumbing issues were valid ones and we were able to make decisions based on the estimates. I believe Ryan performed the services on both homes. He was quite nice and went out of his way to show me on-going issues that would need repair in order to have the plumbing working as optimally as possible. I would be happy to use this company again.

It ended up that they had to unplug 2 drains. They had to do a little work under the sink, in the bathroom and in the kitchen. It went well and I was happy with the work.

I first heard about this company from IMA home inspectors who name them on their list of contractors that they recommend. My very positive experience with Pipeline Plumbing started with getting a bid from Ryan. He is a very straight forward, honest and likeable guy. He was helpful with ideas, gave me plenty of options and shared his experience with older homes. My house was built in 1911 and was badly in need of an upgrade. The bid I received was much lower than the bid from the company I had worked with in the past. These factors, together with their excellent record with Angie's List made them an easy choice. Ryan and his apprentice Alex showed up on the day and time scheduled and worked very hard for three and a half days. They were extremely courteous and professional and showed a pride in workmanship that I have never seen. Ryan is a perfectionist. He seems to visualize and carefully figure out each step in advance while he is working. The end result is a very rational and well thought out plan and execution. I'm sure Pipeline has an excellent staff of plumbers but when I eventually remodel my bathroom I'll be asking for Ryan. Thanks to eveyone involved at Pipeline Plumbing for giving this old house a chance to last another hundred years.

The drain pipe was ancient and filled with debris. They had to replace a section of pipe in order to get the drain to flow. To access the pipe, they had to cut a hole in the ceiling. They were very careful so that they did not cause any damage to our home. Pipeline has done work for us on at least three occasions. Each time the service was super. They are knowledgeable, courteous and considerate. I am very happy with their work.

Plumber showed up on time and handled the job quickly and professionally.

Updated review: After our initial bummer experience and review post we received a call from Pipeline's very professional manager. She offered to refund the package we purchased, but given her call and recognition that the situation was not handled properly, we opted to keep our rescheduled appointment--we are glad we did! We got our friendly confirmation call yesterday, and bright and early this morning their kind, swift, and professional technician was here on the job of removing the old and installing the new water heater. He was patient with a list of questions I had saved-up and even gave a great tip for shutting off our water in the event of an emergency. Perfect service from start to finish. We understand that even in business when it rains it pours, and consider the folks at Pipeline fine professionals for the way they turned a less than perfect first impression into one that will ensure we'll call them for future plumbing needs. Initial review (from 9/11/14): Said they'd be here between 10am and 12pm today, didn't show. Then they called at 12:15 to let me know they would have to reschedule for next week. The customer service representative was unapologetic and did not offer to refund us for the "deal" we had signed up for. So far, very displeased with this business.

They have done good work for us throughout the years. They can do a good job even on older plumbing systems. They have never had to re-do work. They always complete the work correctly, the first time.

The person that answered the phone wasn't very friendly. I had an emergency plumbing situation and the soonest they could schedule me was two days later. I requested a refund for the Big Deal.

The service went okay. The water heater ended up breaking and we had to replace the water heater about 6 months after they came. One technician came out and completed the job in about 45 minutes. I thought he did a good job. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Chris was great! He explained what he planned to do and completed the task very efficiently and effectively. This was very old cast iron drain pipe so I was impressed with his quick and low cost solution to the problem. And he left the area very clean. I was very happy with this company and would certainly trust them with any future plumbing needs I have.

The guys went above and beyond clearing our clogged sink. They even went into the crawl space to investigate further and found a little problem to be aware of with our plumbing. Thanks for a great job.

We have used the company before in the past and have been very pleased with their services. The technician showed up right on time. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable. He worked to find the leak for about an hour and a half. It is very easy to get in contact with them and I have had no issues with scheduling.

I was unable to use the deal because it was for an electric water heater and the one I currently have is gas. I did have a pleasant experience with the company though. They were fast at scheduling the appointment and gave me several options with quotes when they came out.
