Pipeline Plumbing & Drains

They arrived within the agreed upon time frame, called about 1/2 hour before arrival to say they were on the way. They immediately began to work and performed the work in a reasonable time. I believe that the charges were extremely fair. The plumbers were extremely professional and polite. I will definitely use them in the future when I have need of a plumber.

It turned out fine. I've had them do some other work I think. The firs time that they were supposed to come out, they had to cancel because the machinery broke down but they called me ahead of time and let me know. I can perfectly understand that because things like that happen. The guys that came out were really nice, I really liked them but I can't remember their names. They went above and beyond. They were very professional and were explaining things as I watched which I really liked. These guys were really good.

What a great company! They were professional from start to finish. All of the work was done on time and to our great delight they cleaned up after themselves everyday so I didn't come home to a big mess. The inspector was impressed with their work and complimented on a job well done. HIGHLY recommend this company. They even helped me get the temperature setting for my shower corrected. I can't imagine ever utilizing any other provider.

Jeff & Jeff were on time (early) each and every day of the installation. They arrived the first day to do a walk through with the de-construction crew returning each of the next four days to remove, replace, check for leaks and finish the project after final inspections were completed. Jeff & Jeff were very courteous and conscientious about the job they were doing. At the end of each day Jeff & Jeff did a complete walk through with us to explain what they had done that day as well as to make sure they had done a thorough job of cleanup each day. Jeff & Jeff used the job time to do a fantastic installation which met our high expectations. Each day since completion of the project we have enjoyed the increased volume with no change in pressure of our water supply as well as noticing the water is much clearer and cleaner. It was all the little things that Jeff & Jeff did in the installation that made us happy they did our installation.

Ken Galvin with Pipeline Plumbing was fantastic. He showed up right at the end of the allotted start window and diagnosed the problems in 5 minutes. He worked up a written estimate for repairs that included parts and labor. After I approved of the estimate, he went to work and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Everything was clear and spelled out. I am so pleased with my new quarter-turn shut off valves. Everything works now, with no leaks, and I can quickly shut off my water with ease. I will definitely use Pipeline Plumbing again.

Chris the plumber was on time and a very nice man. He is very good at what he does. He thought everything through and avoided having to open a hole in the wall( which most plumbers would of done) to replace the shower faucets that were old. I can not speak highly enough about Chris. He is a young man that is so respectful and kind. If I owned a plumbing business I would want him for my employee. He explained everything he was doing and did not waste time. I will use Pipeline again and I will ask for Chris!

Due to a leaking pipe, we had to shut the water off inside and outside the house on Monday night (Labor Day). We called Pipeline on Tuesday morning; they said they could be there between 10:00 and noon on Wednesday. They were true to their word. They were quick, effective, and exceptionally nice. Problem solved in a little over two hours. They also fixed the kitchen faucet which was leaking a bit - no charge! We would use them again in a heartbeat.

This project required Pipeline to hand dig a two foot deep trench from the city water meter about 25-30 feet to where the line would be routed through the garage basement. It required them to drill through a concrete wall, extend the line through the basement and into the potting room where the shutoff valve is located. The workers laid down plastic on the driveway for the dirt so the area was always clean and neat. They had to use a floor access in the potting room to tie into the shutoff valve. The area was fairly confined but they were able to install a new shutoff valve with a pressure reducer valve as well. They arrived each morning on time and worked very consistently until quitting time. They always checked in with us when they arrived and let us know when they were getting ready to leave for the day. All along the process, Josh explained the day's work planned or what they had just completed. Josh was very patient with us and took the time to explain each process. When the city inspector arrived, he spent only about 5 minutes on the site because the work was so well done.

After experiencing a credibility issue with one of this service provider's plumbers, we were contacted by management and the issue was resolved to our satisfaction and the cost of service was refunded. We appreciate the company's actions taken and have upgraded our rating to an Overall B.

Timely and professional. Cleaned up everything after finishing for the day. Nice guys too.

8-3-15 - Walked into Pipeline Plumbing in Tigard to setup an appt. The scheduler said that the earliest they could come out was the following Monday the 10th. I needed to do something in interim to stop the leaking. I bought everything necessary and tried unsuccessfully because my shut off at the meter doesn't completely close. :-( 8-4-15 - Got a call from Stephanie saying that they had an opening that afternoon! What a relief!!! I was depressed that the sink would be leaking a whole week with everyday doing more and more damage. Josh and Jeff were overly professional without skipping a beat. They located the shut off in the garage that I didn't know existed. Tip, if you don't know where yours is, find it and learn it! Show your whole household were it is. It will save you money and grief in the future. When I saw the bill I couldn't believe my eyes! I told both of them, "I will never do my own plumbing if this is all it costs." I was very happy all around, I can't express it more. Thank You to everybody that made it happen! :-)

Ken Galvin was neat, clean, efficient- did wonder why he didn't have a disposal in the truck? He had 1/2 horsepower- I needed 3/4 HP had to go get one. The fact he found the water shut off valve was great! amazing.

I had galvanized pipes and the house is over 50 years old. I wanted to have the water service replaced before it failed. I had to have them re-pipe the house at the same time. I would use them again.

Same day service. On time, even earlier. Called in advance. Thought about a lower-cost solution first but not doable. The actual job was done in one visit at discounted price due to the company having just worked on another problem in the same sink area only a few days ago. Friendly, professional, clean...Good job!

I got several estimates, Pipeline came over and said they could do it for a good price. They got a permit, relocated my new water heater (which I purchased from Home Depot), then put in a post in front of it so that the car couldn't run into it. It only took them 3 hours. They came on time, and knew exactly what they were doing.

Both plumbers were very professional and did great work in a minimum amount of time, leaving the workspace clean and neat when they finished.

The crew had strong customer response skills and high quality standards. Ours is an older home, so there were problems to be solved; these guys went at it until things were right and made no excuses - actually, they didn't have to. The office folks were great as well, stepping in to solve scheduling glitches that were no one's fault and made things run smoothly for the crew. The crew were neat and courteous. Overall, they are the kind of company I look hard for when I need a job like this one done. Well done, Jeff, Perry, Brian, Mike, Terra, and Sam!

The folks at Pipeline Plumbing were able to fix my broken hot water heater the same day that I called. The plumber they sent out was very professional, and was able to give me options on the installation that saved me money. The only quibble I have is that the hot water heater they installed is not very energy efficient, and is going to cost me a bit more in the long run. I should have asked, but it would have been nice if they'd told me up front what type they typically use, and ask if I wanted something more efficient. The unit they installed is working perfectly and I am thrilled to have hot water again!
