The crew was friendly and professional. They talked me out of an expensive service I was willing to do, and worked hard to get everything working again. They fixed my backed up drain, replaced a leaky outdoor faucet and unclogged two faucets and a shower. Great work!

Everyone was professional, considerate, friendly and knowledgable. Pipeline plumbing needed to come out twice due to regulations in my condo building. They wore booties and cleaned up after themselves. Samantha in the office was wonderful and even called a week after the service was performed to make sure everything was performed to my satisfaction. What a great company. They are now my go-to company if I have plumbing needs in the future.

It went great. Perry came up with an excellent plan for what needed to be done to replace the pipes and get us enough water pressure (before we couldn't do two main water tasks simultaneously). We needed to be able to stack our washer and dryer, which took some reworking, and we wanted a utility sink added. Josh came in to do the work, usually with one other person, he did a superb job and took time to explain to me what was happening and asked questions when there were different ways something could be accomplished. We weren't sure until working on the pipe replacement if we would have to replace the main water line to the street. It was estimated as an option. We needed it and Pipleline Plumbing made sure to have the right people here to do that job. Since one of the toilets was pulled to replace the water pipes, Perry took the time to answer my questions about this being a good time to replace the toilet. It sure was and based on the research I did with Pipeline Plumbing's guidance, we decided to replace both old toilets with new ones that Pipeline Plumbing procured and installed. We couldn't be happier! Most particularly since two showers can now take place in the morning and the washer and dishwasher can do what they do best on my schedule.

He came out, he observed and was supposed to get back to me with the estimate but I never heard from them but I didn't follow up with them either. They came out and saw where the current water heater was, they looked at the places they could put the tank-less water heater, they took my email and information and they said they'd get back to me but they didn't. There was nothing wrong with the visit itself, it was just the followup.

The plumbing part, they did a great job. They didn't get back to me with the estimate. When I viewed them, I called them right away. I didn't follow-up with them for the estimate on the water heater, I want that made clear. The plumbing part was great.

I can't say enough really great things about Pipeline Plumbing. They are professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and do great work! We used an Angie's List "Great Deal" and saved a lot of money on the re-pipe. I've recommended Pipeline Plumbing to several friends and we would definitely use them again for our plumbing needs. I have to say that what I appreciated more than anything was that Matt spent the time to explain things to me when I asked questions. And as he did it, he was really kind and he understood that on a project of this scale there would be questions. I felt like he could put himself in my shoes - for me, that's really important. Most important, however, is what happened after they left - nothing! - everything has been great, fabulous water pressure, beautiful fixtures... LOVE.

Pipeline is a company I will definitely hire again! To consider a company as one I would rehire is a rare thing to hear from me. I will say upfront I'm not an easy person to please when it comes to hiring contractors. I've had too many bad experiences in the past with contractors dishonesty, incomplete or incompetent work. Pipeline was on time for the appointment. Both workers were professional and prompt at getting the job done. They cleared the clogged line quickly. Some issues were discovered with the rain drain while scoping the line with their camera. They gave me options for the extent of the work to be performed as well as the costs. They were patient and thorough in answering my questions. There was no hard sell tactics which I greatly appreciated. I got an Angie's list deal which was $250 for one hour of work to clear and scope the line. They got the work done in just a few minutes over the hour but they didn't charge me extra, which I appreciated. I gave a "B" for the price just because $250 for an hours worth of work is spendy. However I did have another company that I recently used, from Angie's list, to only scope the rain drains that charged under $200 an hour. That same company then wanted to charge me $700 to clear the lines and re-scope telling me it would take two hours to do the same work in the same manner as Pipeline did in an hour. I'm glad I took my time to get bids from different companies. I'm glad I found Pipeline.

It was so smooth. Matt and his helper came right on schedule - did everything they needed to do - cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant!

I had a water leak due to a damaged bathroom pipe, and learned my pipes were CPVC. As I attempted a repair, I found other existing pipe lines broke easily when touched or bumped. Our house was built in 1997, and I didn't think our home should have such faulty piping. However, after talking with different people in the plumbing field, I learned CPVC is notorious for problems. I looked on Angie's List and started contacting plumbing companies for home repipe estimates. Pipeline was the first company to get back to me, and responded to my Angie's List request within a matter of minutes. It was easy to schedule an estimate which Perry came and provided. I ended up purchasing the repipe through Angie's List. I also found it very easy to schedule the work, and Pipeline called to touch base the week prior to the start date. Pipeline had Kris and Josh perform the work, and I found both extremely professional and knowledgeable. Kris and Josh were respectful of our home and family, and made the process smooth from start to finish. They definitely represented the company well and their work was exceptional. In the near future we anticipate remodeling two bathrooms, and I will not hesitate to hire Pipeline again. I'm thankful to have found a company which still places a high value on customer service, yet is also committed to quality work and affordable pricing. Thanks again to Kris and Josh!

This is a follow-up to a late Jan. review which described our experience with their "special deal" water heater installation. We realized quickly after the Jan. installation that it was not the 10-yr. tank warranted model expected (it was instead a 6-yr. warranted model). We called Pipeline and they offered 2 options: they'd buy us an extended warranty on the A.O. Smith water heater sitting in our house, or they'd install the correct water heater. We asked to have the better heater installed. They said we'd have to wait 3-4 weeks for it to be ordered and ready for installation. This seemed very odd given that they were selling the package on Angie's List and you'd think they'd have the model on hand. We gave a "C" grade on this service rather than "F" only because the Pipeline installer and other employees we spoke with through this mix-up were apologetic. But that doesn't excuse a mistake as serious as installing an appliance that doesn't match their "special deal" details.

It was a pleasure to work with the folks at Pipeline Plumbing. The cost was very reasonable in comparison to the estimates we received from other companies, and the communication and service were excellent from start to finish. It's too bad you can't award an A+. Pipeline Plumbing deserves it.

The installer was on time, was friendly and professional, and the new water heater was working before he left. That day when I went to register the heater online for the warranty, the model # (starting with a "G") seemed off. The new water heater which was in our home was supposed to have a 10-year warranty on the tank and it became clear that those models started with an "X". We realized that Pipeline had installed a 6-yr. tank warranty model rather than the 10-yr. tank warranty model we had purchased in their deal. When we called Pipeline they were apologetic, with explanations of how this might have happened. They offered to buy us an extended warranty if we kept the heater just installed. We said no, we'd rather have the better model with the longer warranty that we'd bought in the "deal". They said we'd have to wait 3-4 weeks for that model to be available. Now we are in the long waiting period. It does seem odd that they don't have the 10-year tank warranted model when it is specified in writing in their package. We were going to wait to write this review until the better heater was installed but decided we should let others know that this happened. If you purchase a new water heater or any appliance, BE SURE IT'S WHAT YOU'VE ORDERED AND PAID FOR.

They fixed my problem in a matter of minutes and I can now use the clothes washer again without water pooling on the floor. They also gave me a tip on how to keep lint out of my drain in the future using a nylon stocking. It's been working great.

The man (I think it was Chris, but I cannot remember) that came out was knowledgeable, professional, and took care of the problem.

They arrived on time and were quick and thorough. Removed the old water heater and installed a new one. In the process, they saw the shut off valve was broken and replaced it. They cleaned up after themselves so that everything was as clean as when they had arrived.

Josh opened the wall under kitchen sink for access and replaced the tubular waste from under sink to the crawl space. He explained all the steps he was taking, and showed us the old galvanized pipes after he removed them from the crawl space underneath the kitchen. He explained that they had become disconnected over time and the sink had been draining into the dirt in the crawl space, and also let us know when he found an area where the wood had rotted in the subfloor under the sink. He added a trap under the sink to bring the plumbing to code, and after he was done installing the new pipes he gave us details about how to open the trap and snake it if we needed to in the future. He was thorough and tested it all to be sure there were no leaks. He also tightened up a valve from the dishwasher connection before he left. There was no mess left behind as he had put down tarps and cleaned up.

The previous dishwasher had been directly to the sink pipe. A new connection was needed that could be shut off if there was ever a problem. The plumber waconnected to the

Ken and Brandon(?) showed up on time,which was nice. The hydrojetting went okay and the camera showed signs of tree roots growing into the joint of the the main line. Ken said he didn't have the equipment to snake the line,so we had to schedule for a later time. However the problem had gotten worse and I needed to have the line snaked sooner. I called Pipeline's emergency after hours phone number,due to the fact it was a Saturday,and had to leave a message. I thought for sure I would have gotten a call back at some point on Saturday, however did not receive a call back until Monday. I knew there would probably be more of a charge for a Saturday and was willing to pay to have the problem fixed. We had to go with another company and the problem seems to be taken care of. I think if you have after hour emergency number on your web site that it should mean something.

Angie's List provided a credit and I called a local company from Angie's List and was very satisfied with the work. I decided to just contact the plumbing company from the information listed on the plumbing page. Grumpy's Drains showed up and I would use them again..

Appointment time was scheduled for between 12:00 and 2:00. I got a call promptly at noon letting me know that they were running behind schedule and wouldn't be able to get here until after 2. It happens. The office kept me updated as to their ETA. When they got here, I showed them the problem, they told me what it should run, and then they got right to work. Even though they arrived late, I'm still giving them an "A" for punctuality based on the fact that the office was in contact with me letting me know.

I purchased this service for a friend in need, and they were outstanding and did a great job.

Service provided was prompt, Because of our 70 yr old house newer parts weren't 100% compatible. First visit did not completely fix the problem but additional visits were (no additional charge) were provided until we were satisfied. Would recommend them for any home plumbing problem.

Pipeline Plumbing repaired several items in the kitchen and bathroom. They arrived right on time and answered all our questions thoroughly before starting the repairs. We are very happy with the results! No more annoying drain problems and leaks! We really appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of everyone we have dealt with at Pipeline.
