Pipeline Plumbing & Drains

Everything went very well and the quality of workmanship was stellar. The Plumber, Chris was very knowledgeable and the price was fair. So far, the shower has been working flawlessly for over 4 months of regular use, and the toilet has been running flawlessly too. I would definitely recommend Pipeline to family and friends. Moreover, the scheduling was also prompt and courteous.

The person that came out was very professional, explained what needed to be done and did it. They also offer a one year guaranty on their work. He also explained why the problem happened and what it would take to fix it so it does not happen again, which Rotor Rooter said would be $3000, they said it would be $375.

How can you improve on on time? He showed up a day early! With a stopped up toilet I was sure happy to see him!

It went very well. Joshua had to make two trips to install the new faucet but that was fine. He did a beautiful job of putting in a new faucet and copper pipe. The faucet is much better than the old one. He cleaned up the area, and was friendly plus professional. We will definately use them again.

Amazing. They were here within the hour, the plumber was super nice, the problem was resolved within minutes and the price was more than fair. I'm a contractor myself and this will be my go-to plumber for myself as well as my customers. Super impressed!

Took four trips plus have to leave during those trips because they either forgot something or were given the wrong parts.

Pipeline was the only business that even bothered to call back! We left messages with others but still no word from them. The plumber arrived around 11:00 and was gone by 12:30. He was nice, friendly, and thorough. We were so happy to have hot water in the kitchen again so quickly! Thank you!

Just great. I got a disk which showed the inside of the line. Since I didn't have a ground clean out Brent had to climb on the roof to use the vent.

What I had asked them to do they were unable to and offered to refund me. I like that they were honest and on time. I would use them again if needed.

They work went fine, but the cleanup was horrible. First, they didn't lay down any plastic to collect the waste water from the snake. It poured into a square bucket which was too small and a either the person spilled it into our under-sink pull out drawer or it overflowed the bucket. This created a terrible mess. Then, to make things worse, the drain person didn't dry it or clean it. He maybe did a quick wipe, left several puddles, then put everything back in onto the wet wood. This got gross black stains on our personal items, some were made of cloth that isn't easily washable and maybe left permanent stains, ruining those items. Also, these were new cabinets and the wood looks like it has stained and swelled. Not sure if this will be permanent. It is a good thing we were able to check this after he was finished, otherwise the black gross stains may have seeped deeply into our personal items and wood of the pull out and base of the cabinet. What kind of outfit tries to cover-up their wet puddles? It would have been much better if the person had left everything out of the under-sink cabinet so that it could completely dry. We could have put everything back. This left a terrible mess for us to cleanup and may have ruined some of our personal items..

They made space for us and diverted a great plumber who had worked on our house before. This was above and beyond the call of duty. We found the break, and fixed the problem with and engineered a solution that diminished the likelihood of the problem happening again. These guys are great and helped us out by getting our water back on before the weekend. I will always use them for my plumbing needs. You should too.

Less than 2 weeks later the bathtub was clogged, AGAIN! I called Pipeline to request they come out and inspect this drain that they supposedly unclogged and cleaned. They had their guy out to my house in less than 24 hours. He was polite and professional as he walked to the clogged tub with standing water and flipped the drain plug on the tub. We both stood there as the water quickly drained. My family quickly became one of the reasons why technical service agents ask if you tried switching it "on and off" or "restarting" or "unplug and plug it back in." These guys did a great job and would recommend them, for sure. They stepped up when we needed them in a very timely fashion.

Excellent, plumber arrived right on time, worked very efficiently and was finished with all the jobs in less than an hour. Neat and clean. Couldn't be happier with the work.

Great, I originally called just for an estimate as I had a guest that was very sensitive to the water controls and temperature- I was half expecting that it would be too expensive and half expecting them to be booked out weeks and neither was the case, Chris came the next day within the 2 hour window they gave me, and upon looking said he believed he could do it right then and very affordable! Chris was smart, considerate,friendly,respectful in entering my home and made for a very smooth transaction-highly recommend him

I hired Pipeline to ***** a possible leak in a shower pipe. I hired them as opposed to the many choices there are because of 2 main reasons: 1. They had many great Angie's List reviews. 2. My initial contact with the office staff was outstanding - which is how I gauge a company or doctor. Then the actual plumber who came out was great - personable and knowledgeable. Would use again without hesitation.

Went great, good communication from them letting me know they are coming and when. Very polite and left everything clean.

Pipeline called Tuesday, came out Wednesday. I knew I had a belly in my sewer line that had been discovered with a sewer scope about a year ago. I wanted to see whether there had been any worsening of the belly or signs of problems building up over the last year. The technician did scope out the line and found no blockages. He jet washed the line and re-scoped it so I would have the two scope videos to add to my collection documenting the history of the line since we discovered the belly. He said I also had a year's warranty for the work done.

I highly recommend this company! They are fairly priced, prompt and go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. For example, as I was trying to keep the construction on schedule for the new, remodeled bath, I needed concrete poured over the top of the pipes on a Thursday and Friday to avoid postponing the rest of the work by 2 weeks. Even though Pipeline usually contracts this work to others, they brought in concrete and finished the job themselves so that I could stay on schedule.

It went great! They sent Chris out the very next day. Chris looked at the wall, and the overhang where the shower was located, and the shower. He quickly knew what the problem was, opened up the area under the shower, and replaced the loose drain. Chris was professional and very kind, and obviously knew what he was doing.

He charged us a nominal fee and took care of our need.

Had a noon appointment. The office called to ask if they could come 1/2 hour early. Chris fixed the broken water pipe. Based on the quality of work and his attitude I asked him to look at the shower valve which had been varying its max temperature randomly. He was professional, courteous and wasted no time taking care of the two problems. Best plumber I've dealt with.
