Pipeline Plumbing & Drains

Not great. Two young guys showed up without the filter which was annoying since the receptionist specifically asked if I wanted to supply my own or have them bring one. I called her back and we discussed the brand they used, etc. It was confirmed that they would bring one. They then sat in their van for about 30 minutes checking around town for one and said they couldn't located one and then tried to convince me that the under counter filters without their own faucet really cut down your water pressure. I have this same filter on the the sink at work so this was disappointing. I have never had any serviceman try to talk me out of service or not want to work. They did fix my leak by taking apart all the parts, putting it back together and putting silicone around the drain. I was very disappointed.

They were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I will definitely work with them again!!

Perry, the estimator arrived on time, explained the cope of work and marked all of the cut lines on the concrete slab in the space where the bathroom would be moved to. The concrete cutting was subbed out to Brothers concrete, who did an excellent job (took about 3 hours). The Pipeline crew arrived the day after the concrete was cut and removed and all new rough-in drains and venting were installed under slab for the toilet, shower and lav. The plumbing in the old bathroom was capped off and/or removed. Pipeline also arranged for a subcontractor to do the concrete flatwork to cover the new plumbing. I don't recall his name, but he did an excellent job. This is the second time I have used Pipeline and can't recommend them enough.

As they didn't use any new copper piping (which weirdly the plumber didn't have in his van anyways) I was extremely shocked at the price. $385.00 I have other projects, but I think I will find a more reasonably priced company. The work done was good as far as I can tell, but we will see when the next company comes and completes the new problems brought to my attention by Pipeline.

Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous, all in an emergency situation on a holiday weekend. They arrived promptly, quickly ascertained the issue, and quickly realigned the pipe through the use of other fittings. They had to dig down through gravel more than a foot to get to the valve in question, and they were careful to restore the area to its prior condition to our satisfaction when the work was completed. Both workers were incredibly courteous and knowledgeable about the problem. If they had not come out on a holiday weekend, we would have been without water for several days. I have great respect for the workers from this company.

All went smoothly. No problems. We concluded the occasional cleanout would probably be sufficient to keep any problems from developing and would be cheaper than having someone dig up the street to replace the line. We no longer own this house, but passed on the information to the next buyer in the disclosure statement.

It was a little difficult for him at first with his limited knowledge; however, I suggested to use plumber's putty at all the connections to help seal the parts from leaking. It worked like a charm!

Josh was great! He was kind, professional and clearly explained the job. He even brought in a drop cloth so the floors wouldn't get dirty. He worked hard and left the area clean. I'm very impressed and my neighbors have already inquired about future jobs at their homes!

A job well done! I was given a 2 hour window, received an advanced call to let me know that that Brent would arrive in 15 minutes. He did a quick video of the sewer pipe to discover that the area that we had replaced by a different company less than 2 years ago had settled creating a low spot in the sewer pipe. He cleared the pipe and we are good to go. Brent was professional and did not badmouth the previous company. He offered to send me a copy of the video so I can discuss the issue with them. I will use Pipeline Plumbing again if I need a plumber.

Great. He found one of the problems was the original work when the house was built was done incorrectly. I wish there were an A+ rating to choose.

Outstanding work! I called on a Monday and they came promptly Tuesday morning right on time! we have very old pipes and the gentleman was able to get them clear and working so well for the first time in 8 years we have owned the home. Professional, on time and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend!

Pipeline did a great job with our house re-pipe. They arrived on time every day, cleaned up their mess at the end of the day and communicated clearly throughout the process.

Needed help with kitchen faucet, plumber was not knowledgeable about what we had and seemed more interested in selling us a new faucet than in fixing what we have.

Over all it went well except for some miscommunications about some of the details.

Josh and James came in spent 4 days repiping the house, they were clean, professional and not that it really matters for a plumber, but two of the most intelligent and polite guys you could ask for. If these guys weren't plumbers, they could have been doctors they had excellent ' bed-side' manner. Our crawl space is not the easiest to get around in--just 27". But these guys never complained nor sniveled about the close - quarters They use quality wirsbo upnor pipe with compression fittings, which are much better than the pex pipe with the stainless steel crimped bands, which can leak. Also the quality of the new shut off valves and stainless steel braided supply lines were top quality as well. Both of these plumbers were very concerned about doing the absolute best job possible and asked question when there were some alternative ways to do something and we're also very concerned about the aesthetic looks of the job as well. Bottom line is I doubt you can find better plumbers than these guys, and I have hired a lot of plumbers in my 40+ years of property ownership.

One phone call to make appt. - Drew arrived exactly on time. He replaced an original cheap plastic part with a brass one and now the shower no longer leaks! Work was done in an hour and a half. Considering what all he did, I thought the price was fair. I definitely would recommend Pipeline Plumbing to anyone and we will be using them again for other plumbing issues in the house.

Very professional, quality work, and on time

Pipeline was very responsive to my need to have the water heater (one I had purchased on my own) installed in a short period of time. They were able to do it within my timeframe and the work seems well done. My product was explained to me and I was informed of how to use it. They cleaned up nicely and all worked out great.

Pipeline Plumbing is totally AWESOME!! I called them on February 24, 2017 after waiting for 10 days for Beaverton Plumbing to finish the job that they started on February 14. I called Pipeline because they were also A-rated on Angie's list. Samantha was sympathetic to our situation and agreed to send someone out to give us an estimate for repair or replacement free of charge since we had already spent nearly $250 with the other company and nothing had been done. She gave me a 30-minute arrival window of 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on March 1, which was the earliest available date for an appointment that worked with my schedule. Pipeline plumber Drew arrived at 8:45 a.m. and quickly assessed that indeed, the dismantled toilet needed to be replaced and he would use the handle from the old toilet to replace the broken handle on the other toilet so that we could avoid the expense of a new handle. He told me he could install a new white toilet the same day, that he would go out and purchase it and return and install it. He gave me a price estimate on the spot of around $700 to $750 including labor. He said if I wanted to special-order the toilet in off-white (so that it would match the rest of the fixtures in the bathroom) it would take longer to get it and probably would cost more. At this point, with our whole family using one toilet for nearly two weeks because the other company we had hired was non-responsive, I was OK with a white toilet. Drew was true to his word and returned within an hour or so, installed a new toilet, replaced the handle on the other toilet and we also had him clear a couple of clogged drains while he was here. Drew provided fast, friendly, professional service at a competitive price, which is exactly what Pipeline Plumbing promises on their website. We are happy, satisfied customers and plan to call Pipeline Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

They came out the very next day after I called. They were easy to contact and work with. They fixed the problem fast.

They answered my phone call and came out the same day and within 2 hours of my call. They did a great job cleaning out the roots that had invaded the line and included a video link. We were on a deadline for our closing, and they were very friendly and affordable. I would recommend them to family and friends and would contact them again if I ever need.
