Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal through Angie's List, $55 Whole House Plumbing Inspection & More, for Pipeline Plumbing.

Description of Work: A 'pot filler' over our range developed a slow leak. While I take care of most small plumbing repairs this project involves a Pex supply line, a product for which I have no tools nor experience. I consulted Angie's List for the best and closest plumbing operation and selected Pipeline Plumbing. When I called the earliest appointment was a week out. Since it was a slow leak I accepted and rearranged my schedule so that I could be at home for the call. The day before the scheduled call I received a confirmation call - good business for me and for them. This morning I received a second follow up call wanting to move the appointment up due to a cancellation. I agreed and immediately rescheduled an appointment of my own to accommodate their new schedule. Some short time later a third call. The plumber had been injured and they wanted to reschedule for yet another week out. I declined pointing out that a two week wait was just not acceptable. A short time later they called again to move the appointment to yet another earlier day. This is simply more heartburn than I care to pay upwards of $65 per hour for the privilege of 'standing in line' for the service. To Pipeline's credit their customer contact was professional and friendly, but a professional and friendly voice does not fix the leak nor pay for the time spent in arranging and rearranging schedules.

Description of Work: I previously used this company with excellent experience to fix a clogged pipe. This time I wanted some fixtures replaced. They have a flat rate charge to do this which I thought was too expensive and I did not use them. My phone call was answered promptly and I was given a quote over the phone for the work I wanted done.

Description of Work: I’ve used different plumbers for various remodeling projects in the past and I’ve developed an expectation where I’ll be content if the work qualifies as acceptable. I’m glad I found Pipeline Plumbing. It’s basically what you want. ‘no anxiety about how careless they are’. The marketing niche they are aiming at is ‘the high quality company’, and they are no more expensive than the others. I’ll use them from now on. I’d recommend them to my friends.

Description of Work: We had an assortment of minor plumbing problems, which were all solved by two nice fellows from Pipeline Plumbing. They arrived on time, worked quick and efficiently, and in addition , offered helpful suggestions and advise. I will definitely use this company in the future!

Description of Work: I hired this company to fix a shower leakage. They also took care of outdoor pipe leakage.

Description of Work: I hired them to fix a leak in the garage disposal and replaced a faucet for the sink.

Description of Work: They checked for leaks under the house in the crawl space. they identified one under the master bathroom toilet and fixed it by doing a new seal. they explained another issue and we found that no repairs were necessary. They removed and replaced a faulty garbage disposal in the kitchen. they were on time, freindly, knowledeable and cost effective. they are our plumbers from now on.

Description of Work: The shower water went off abruptly with a horrible grind, and rumbling sounds from beneath the house. We shut off the water to the house and called for help. Our usual plumber didn't call back (and still hasn't!) so we investigated other options. Called Pipeline Plumber based on reviews here, called to describe the problem and requested help ASAP. They were gracious and agreed to send someone by 10am instead of noon as they'd originally proposed. Matt came out just a little bit early, which was great; spent considerable time under the house in an uneven, cramped crawlspace (after setting out a protective rug to avoid a mess in the house) and told us that our pipes were okay. He ultimately identified the problem as something in the shower head; explained our options for cost and timing, and associated risks. We opted to replace the damaged part ourselves and were very pleased with Matt. We'll certainly call Pipepline Plumber in the future and would be glad any time Matt, in particular, came to help.

Description of Work: Performed home plumbing inspection on 3/9/11. On 3/30/11, replaced drain line, installed new waste pipe underneath kitchen sink, new water supply lines . Installed new toilet and toilet supply line. Cleared bath tub drain.

Description of Work: I thought I had a leak, but it was not a leak. Since I had paid for a service call, the tech cleaned out my drains so it was not a waste of money.

Description of Work: Water from upstairs kitchen sink was backing up into wet bar sink in downstairs family room and overfollowing. Perry arrived at the agreed apon time and started right in on power snaking the line. Unfortunatly his snake was not long enough to reach the clog and he had to back away from the job. He offered the names of a couple of different companies that they use when they don't have the equipment necessary to do the job. Because he was not able to complete the job he did not charge me for his visit. I plan on having a shower replaced soon and will definietly call them just because I feel I was treated fairly on this job.

Description of Work: Replace all (8) plastic shutoff values in kitchen and two bathrooms with new metal 5/8 by 3/8 compression shutoff valves. Install new lavatory faucets in two bathrooms, install new refridgerator line, dishwasher line, kitchen sink faucet, water filter, and garbage disposal.

Description of Work: Fixed a leaky faucet and put new water pipes in house.
