Very well. Paul was organized and responsive. From the time we first met with him to discuss the possibility of purchasing investment property until our second (and last) purchase was completed, Paul kept in close contact with us by phone and email. He made our schedule work for him and made sure that the purchase process went smoothly and was completed on time.

I had a realtor before him that had not been listening to what type of house I wanted. He was taking me to houses not at all suitable or anything like what I had advised him I was looking for. We purchased our home in 2010 when there was A LOT of inventory. Paul was simply the best to work with. We looked at many, many houses: from foreclosures, to short sales to new homes, older homes - everything. Paul listened to what we wanted in a new house, sent us regular lists to help us short-list and took us to view the homes. Paul is always upbeat and positive. He points out items that could be an issue and helped us find the right home for us, not a quick easy sale for himself. He also helped us coordinate with vendors for some of the customizations we wanted after the sale. He did not just walk away after the sale closed - he was there to help us every step of the way!
