On a side note, Paul's fees came from the real estate broker who sold the home, so we are unaware of exactly how much his services cost, but there are standard service rates for most real estate brokers.

We purchased our home in 2010 when there was A LOT of inventory. Paul was simply the best to work with. We looked at many, many houses: from foreclosures, to short sales to new homes, older homes - everything. Paul listened to what we wanted in a new house, sent us regular lists to help us short-list and took us to view the homes. Paul is always upbeat and positive. He points out items that could be an issue and helped us find the right home for us, not a quick easy sale for himself. He also helped us coordinate with vendors for some of the customizations we wanted after the sale. He did not just walk away after the sale closed - he was there to help us every step of the way!
