It didn't happen overnight because our property was unique, but with his advise we sold the house at a great price. We couldn't be happier. You can't sell a house if the agent doesn't market it. His brochures were beautiful, almost ready to frame, and his photographer had drone so the pictures were from above showing the terrain and the mountain views.

Paul was very responsive and professional. He was quick to respond to emails or questions, and always willing to schedule a viewing whenever our schedule allowed it. He was charming, friendly, and very informative. Additionally, he was not the type to try and hide the warts of a house. We had gone to a few open houses where we'd ask about some of our concerns and sometimes agents were flippant, or tried to down play them. Outstandingly well! Paul takes care of even the smallest details. We had lived in the house we sold since 1970 and knew nothing about the current market. In the beginning when I called Paul, I apologized for taking his time. He said, I am always available to you. Ask any question (and we did). When I said, "I don't want to bug you." I had a few problems with the transaction. ?First, Paul's professional assessment was 25k too high?from the home?appraised value. ?That was even when the?market was going up the last five months. ? That caused bank problems. ?The next problem was the Paul insisted that I needed a 3-5 year roof?warranty. ?There is no such thing. ?You can get a 3-5 year professional opinion letter, not a warranty. ?In the end, I closed the deal by talking to the buyer directly. ?Paul did thank me after the sell of my house.

I immensely appreciated Paul's services. He was more than professional, fun and interesting to interact with, and seemed to have a great deal of knowledge and experience with taking home buyers through the process. Paul immediately saw the selling point in our condo, the view, and advised us to list at a higher price than we had in mind. He delivered on his promise and sold our condo for a good price. But we ran into a challenge as our condo's appraisal came in too low. We ended up compromising with our buyer and lowered our selling price, but still higher than the appraisal. Paul is a good communicator and always get back to us in a timely manner day or night. He also gave us a lot of good advice throughout the process. He always seem to have our best interests in mind. We highly recommend Paul to home sellers and home buyers in the greater Portland/Vancouver area for his expertise and level of service. We had already moved out of town, so when the buyer's home inspection identified that certain repairs would be needed, Paul made all of the arrangements including selection of vendors, contracting with them, scheduling the work and inspecting the results. This included electrical, HVAC, a siding contractor and radon remediation. This was a huge amount of work and we are so appreciative of Paul!!! Throughout the entire process Paul communicated with us regularly, even calling at times just to make sure we didn't have any questions. We would certainly work with Paul again and will refer him to friends and family without any hesitation (in fact we have already have!).

Paul sold it for more than initial agreed price

Paul did a very good job overall representing us as sellers and facilitating the sale of our house. After receiving no offers in five months using other brokers, we received two offers within a week of listing with M Realty. We feel Paul genuinely represented our interests in preparing to put our house on the market and took care of several details for us, which was particularly helpful since we had relocated and were out of state when the property was listed with M Realty. We would like to have received more timely responses to our phone calls on some occasions and we did not receive a copy of the marketing brochure for the property that we were promised but other than that we have no complaints. We recommend Paul to anyone who needs a seller's agent for the sale of residential property.

Paul Kerkar and his team at M Realty did a great job listing, marketing, and closing the sale of our 1994 duplex on SW Terwilliger Blvd. We contacted Paul because of his great reviews on Angie's List and the M Realty website and marketing approach. We were very pleased with his style and his communication with us during the whole process. Paul was able to meet quickly and on our schedule to list the property. We decided to list the property for a little more than I was expecting. Paul had a very good team take photos and videos of the property. They designed a great web page to showcase the listing. I am not sure that the website sold the property, as a nearby neighbor eventually bought the place, but it was a great asset to have. Paul had to work hard to finish the sale, as we negotiated for a bit on the price. But we were able to get a good final offer. The property then had a very through inspection that found about $10,000 worth of items to repair - including a sewer repair. The buyers wanted all the repairs done before the closing, which was only about 15 days later! Paul found contractors and repair people who did the work quickly. Although they did not immediately do a great job, and were not who I would have hired to do the work for me, they worked fine to finish the deal. Paul had to work with my concerns and communicate with the buyers agent and contractors too. He was super patient and understanding, especially when my wife and I would get fed up with piddly buyer demands. In the end, we would definitely use Paul to list or buy another property. He is easy to work with, professional, and a great communicator.
