Legacy Glass

Call in the late afternoon to schedule appointment to replace the glass. The work was done the next morning at the shop. The technician didn't clean up all of the glass. The work was completed by the scheduled time.

It was a great expereince, it could not have been better. They didn't charge me anything to do the work since I put sign in my car advertising that they did the work.

It was a very good experience, they were very professional. I was very happy with Glass Doctor. I would absolutley use them again.

We knew the look we wanted but didn't know what they had. The man was very helpful and helped us with several different possibilities. We came back to see samples and decided on the look we wanted. He had it cut for us and it turned out perfect!

It went fine. They did everything they said they were going to do. I would use them again.

If we had another chip, we'd have them do it because you can't even tell it was there - they did a great job!

It was fast and friendly. They loaned me a car for the time that they needed to work on my car. It wasn't a great loaner car but it was a car that worked and I appreciated it. They finished my car in the time they said, and they guaranteed the windshield for the life of the car. They were very easy to work with. The only problem I had was that their location was a little difficult to find.

Wonderful experience! The owner came and picked up my vehicle at my home, took it to his shop, and returned it 3 hours later with a brand new windshield perfectly installed. I didn't have to do a thing except make the initial call to his shop and schedule the appointment. I got a warranty included along with great service and a very competitive price. In fact, I found it to be more expensive several other places and they weren't as accommodating as the Glass Dr. Hire them - you won't regret it!

I found GLASS DOCTOR on Angie's List, and took the ten-minute drive over to "interview" them. (The work to be done has been partially paid for by my automobile insurance company and I paid my $100 deductible.) A very friendly face greeted me, she answered all of my questions, made me feel comfortable and unhurried, spent the needed time on the phone with me and my insurance company representative, got the paperwork in order (there was just a little bit of it!) and made an appointment for replacement of my cracked windshield. She was very confident and knowledgeable. My husband and I dropped the car off the night before the appointment since I have no other way to get home (OMG, I'm such a baby...). I was told that the replacement would take 3 or 4 hours and that it would get a call when the car was ready. Placement of the rearview mirror is perfect, and the windshield looks great!

There was one person who came out for the job and he was on time. He was very professional. We discussed our options and I picked what I wanted. What I had originally wanted was something different but once he clearly explained to me the difficulty in installation, its maintenance and cost very clearly I decided to go with a large square piece. He came back the next day and installed the mirror.

Called 1 pm the day before Thanksgiving to see if they could do the job. They came out within an hour, measured the door pane and gave me a price. Told me it was a custom order and asked if I wanted the work done. I told them yes, gave them a 50% credit card deposit and they went on their way. They said it would take 1 week for the new pane to come in. I don't know when it actually did, because before I knew it, the glass was replaced and my card was charged the other half.

After a different group failed to repair the damage they caused to my sliding glass door, I contacted the Glass Doctor to examine everything. After initially meeting with me, the Glass Doctor was able to repair the glass itself within 5 days. The installers were great, and the work they did was high quality.

Quick response and fast schedule to provide the estimate. Randy arrived right on time. As stated, the window was custom made in 5 days. It could have been installed the day after it was ready, but I could not clear my own schedule fast enough. The installation was scheduled, and went extremely well and was done in less than a half hour.

I went to 5 different shower door businesses that were rated A on Angie s List. Myrv at Glass Doctor was very warm and friendly and even though the bid was $250 dollars higher, I decided to go with his company. I never did get a written quote or a completed bill (no paper work at all). I was told the cost would be $1670.00 but $1919.36 was automatically charged to my Visa. I questioned the cost discrepancy before the job was started on the phone before the installer even came to my home, again the day of the job, and was told by Paul the installer that he would make sure I was only charged the price that was quoted me. I called 3 different times with the same concern and was always transferred to Paul who assured me that he had talked to billing. I finally got in touch with the manager, Myrv who told me that Paul no longer worked there and that I had been charged the correct amount. So I ended up spending $500 more than another business I had checked with.

Two workers showed up on time, were very professional and did a great job. This was a good way of having the appearance of a brand new shower, without the mess of having to actually remove and replace the entire unit.

They were prompt, got the job done and cleaned up after themselves well. The price was great, and I'd recommend them to others!

Unbelievable. This guy was so earnest on the phone. ''We want your business, etc.'' I jumped through all the hoops, did the preliminary measurements, submitted them to him, and so on. He came to our house to do the final measurements while I was at work and my wife was home. He seems to have a problem dealing with women, as if they don't quite understand where the windows are in their home. I'd counted one double-sash window as one window. That upset him. I'd clearly told him that our half-round window was divided into 4 pie-shaped pieces but this seemed to come as a surprise to him. So, after keeping us on the line for a few weeks he turned down the job and gave us the name of yet another company. Service is dead folks. Dead and gone.

Very knowledgeable, helpful and I got a better price than that offered by ABC Glass down the street. I will only shop at Glaspro in the future.

I went to their location and discovered that they are no longer Tualatin Glasspro. They are now Glass Doctor.

They were very helpful, we brought the vehicle to them, and they let us borrow a loaner. They explained the warranty to us and did the work in a timely manner. I would hire them again.

The technician was polite and explained the work to me upfront. He also informed me of the lifetime warranty and performed the work in a diligent and timely manner. I would hire them again for sure.

INSTALLED THE GLASS PERFECTLY. HAD THEM TIGHTEN THE OTHER 10 SHEETS. GREAT WORK. WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN FOR OTHER WORK.

WE WENT ON A LONG TRIP TO CALIFORNIA AND EXPERIENCED A LOT OF ROCK CHIPPING ON MY CARS WINDOWS. IT WAS ALREADY BAD, SO WE HAD IT REPLACED ONCE WE GOT BACK INTO TOWN. VERY GOOD WORK!

I'VE DONE MANY JOBS WITH OREGON CITY GLASS. THEY HAVE A GOOD RESPONSE TIME, A GOOD QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP AND ARE REASONABLY PRICED. I WILL USE OC GLASS AGAIN.

WE DROPPED OFF THIS VEHICLE FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE WINDSHIELD, AND CALLED LATE THAT SAME DAY WHEN WE WERE UNABLE TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE BECAUSE OF TRAFFIC PROBLEMS. THE SHOP TOLD US IT WAS OK TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE THE NEXT DAY. WHAT A RELIEF!
