We were not pleased with the outcome of the repair. The defect in the window is still apparent. It is still obvious that it is a chip. We have used other companies and had better repairs.

The woman who answered the phone was AWESOME. She explained how you compare various vendors and what features to shop for: from original mgr, look for warranties, they will repair chips within a year, etc. she was really professional, helpful and represented the companny well. They offered to deal with my insurance company so I didn't have to. They billed them, etc.

I had to go to them to get the work done. They were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They told me the truth about what they were able to do and how it would require a replacement rather than trying to fix it. I talked to the gentleman who has advertised on the Angie's List website. He was very detailed and very patient in explaining it. He helped me with the insurance process which worked out to be actually cheaper to pay it out of pocket rather than submitting a claim. They actually drove me to a nearby Starbucks so I could work while the windshield was being repaired and picked me up and brought me back. They called me when it was ready and notified me that they were picking me up. It has worked flawlessly. They had advertised a coupon on the Angie's List website and I misread it thinking that there was a 10 percent discount for the service when it was actually only 10 percent for home windows which they also do or a free lifetime guarantee on the windshield for the car. It was one or the other, not both. I misread it, but they honored it anyway and took 10 percent off my bill just to take care of the coupon plus the lifetime guarantee. They honored both together even though that was not necessary. I absolutely recommend them. They were marvelous.

They seem to be good. The problem we had was that the sliding glass door was very difficult to slide. They came out and basically managed to get it so that it works properly. So, it was kind of repair and maintenance on an existing sliding glass door. They seem to do a good job of fixing it and it has worked properly ever since. They came when they said they were going to. Their pricing was reasonable. If we have any issues with the door or other windows in the house, we will use them.

They were good and on both the instances they did a very good job. I did not feel that I was overcharged. They were very specific to the point in terms of identifying what needed to be done. They didn't take a lot of extra time and were very easy to work with. Their price was excellent.
