The company was very responsive and easy to deal with. Not sure how they compare on price because I did not shop around, but the price seemed reasonable. I would use them again.

I called i the morning and they called me back when the technician was available and I had the windshield fixed in about a half an hour. They helped me submit it to my insurance company. They even called the company for me. Great service.

The installation and quality of materials used looks great.

Called the afternoon before and spoke to Merv. Very professional and quickly arranged an appointment for the next day. The next morning I arrived and was taken care right away. Merv even gave me a ride to work. My car was ready as promised. All in all a class act.

Done on time and the windshield looks great. I didn'tt compare prices with anyone else but their price seemed very reasonable.

Glass Doctor made an appointment, came out as stated, and told me my project was not within their scope of services. They recommended other businesses to contact. I appreciate their professional attitude and honesty and will consider them if I have any other glass needs.

They very, very good to work with! I received bids from two other companies and the Glass Doctor was the only one that responded in a timely manor. I felt their price was very good as well!

Two of the three windows had to be tempered so it took two trips which was no problem. One of the tempered windows apparently didn't fit well and the frame was left needing to be caulked and repainted. There was also a small stain in the carpet by one work area. I could be wrong but I don't believe it was there before the work was performed.

Went well. Timely and responsive. Good quality result.

Provider arrived on time, was polite and professional, provided a quote. The cost for the work quoted was much higher than our budget and we decided to use another provider due to cost.

Very good response compared to other companies that I contacted. Price was a little on the high side compared to the other numbers I had but the response for the bid was quick and the timing for repair was accurate. A little late on the repair time but otherwise everythung was good.

I was very impressed with the speed and the quality of the service. I called on a Monday morning, and Tim came out Monday afternoon to measure the window, order replacement glass, and take the screen. Tim said it could take 4-6 days for the new window to arrive. Two days later, I received a call that the window was here, and we made an appointment for Friday morning. Tim arrived right on time, and the repair took less than a half an hour. The new window and screen are in place and look great; you wouldn't know by looking at the window that the glass had been replaced. Tim also cleaned the window nicely after he was finished. I would definitely hire this company again.

I originally called several glass companies on Angie's List and they all had answering machines and the only one that called back called a week after I left a message. Glass Doctor is the only company that answered the phone. I talked to the person on the phone and explained what I needed. He understood that I didn't need an entire new window set into the frame of the house, only a new sealed unit replacement. He told me that they had someone in my area and they would be over that afternoon. An installer named Randy from their Tualatin office came over and measured my window, I paid him half down because all window orders are precisely sized. I guess they didn't want to be stuck for a custom sized window. Other companies have done things like that to me before so it was ok. He told me the window would be in in about 4 or 5 days and they would call me when it came in. 5 days later they called and said it was in and set up to come out and install it the next day. The next day, 2 installers named Randy and Tim came out right on time. They installed the new window without any problems. They washed both sides of the new window and polished it. They vacuumed my floor under the window so no glass scraps,etc. were left in the room. They were fast, efficient, courteous and professional. They did a great job and I would definitely have this company work for me again.

We found them through Angies List. They came out twice because one of the shower doors they put in leaked. I was not happy with that and wanted them to order a new one, but they wanted to try and fix it first. They fixed it and it is working. I did not enjoy my telephone conversation with them half the time since there was a man who I thought was a little rude. The man who came out to do the work was very nice but I was upset with a couple of telephone conversations I had with them.

No problems, just low cost, excellent service

They called back quickly, came out for a quote within a day or two and had our window boarded up awaiting a new pane on order. The order came quickly and they were back out to replace the glass on this odd shaped window. The final install went fine and the end result was a brand new window without any damage to the surrounding molding. We had called several place prior to these guys, with a couple telling us they couldn't service a window that high off the ground.

Called early am, work done by 1pm. Excellent clean up and explanation of work done.

Randy came out to measure one week and the glass was replaced the following week. He showed up on time for each appointment and completed the tasks in a timely manner.

Randy and his team were prompt, professional, and courteous. They did a great job! We would call them again and highly recommend them.

He was very good at what he does. I like his professionalism and the fact that he tends to use things that are only manufactured in America. He knew what he was doing. I compared him with others and he charged a standard price.

They were on time. It was all good. I drove in and had it taken care in an hour.

It turned out very well. The got me what I wanted, when I wanted at the cost they advertised. For me that was about as good as it gets. It fit right and was on time.
