I am skilled in all forms of basic home maintenance as well as general remodeling. I am familiar with anything from appliance repair to adding a deck. In the past I have remodeled several older homes which involved basic carpentry, drywall, painting as well as small appliance repair .

Description of Work: Larry installed a new kitchen sink for me. The plumbing configuration of the old one made it a little tricky to hook up the plumbing for the new one, but he figured it out and did a nice job putting the new one in. I was especially pleased that he was detail oriented, getting the new drains in so their brand names were lined up straight. I would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: Larry changed two light fixtures in a bathroom, installed a TV wall attachment and attached the TV to it, and hung two large pictures (one in a difficult to reach wall in a stairwell. He accomplished these tasks in less than the allotted time and so we will definitely have him back to do some more work.

Description of Work: fixed some cabinetry and the shower door and some other little odds and ends larry was great he showed up on time he explained everything to me it was very reasonably priced and he connected me to another contractor for a job that he wasn't available to do and that contractor was great as well I would definitely use larry again I would recommend him

As always it's my goal to do the best I can for the customer. In this case I was given a knob-set that was a close-out and had to modify it. I even made a trip back at no cost to adjust the knob-set. It always pays to use good quality materials. I understand I can't please everyone, but I will continue to do my very best for every customer.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal for a couple of projects. I wasn’t happy with the work. He purchased all the wrong things to install a pet door even with specific instructions. Also, he was regrouting two sinks and these were poorly done. I believe he’s been dealing with personal issues. I needed to stop him from completing the work and had a different provider complete the work.

WOW!, I realize the work was done almost 6-mos. ago.What [member name removed] failed to mention was that she ordered the door and dogie door 2-wks later. The items in question, she asked me to pick-up. I was never pd. for my time and loss of at least 4-hrs.
