Description of Work: Had three large trees to remove from a small residential property: 2 large maples and and old dead Empress tree. Work was done very efficiently and quickly. The agreement was that the maple wood would be cut and stacked for. The Empress wood would be removed. Cutting job was done is 3 1/2 hours...no kidding. However, it took 2 weeks to get the Empress tree wood removed after three calls to remind Rubin that it was part of the agreement. Falcon does not do written agreements. They do meet obligations. I would suggest that any users demand a written agreement so that they cannot claim that a certain service was not agreed upon.

Description of Work: FALCON TREE EXPERTS cut off some hanging branches from one of my trees. They trimmed all of my mature trees around my property. They were excellent. The boss was very personable and would come out to work as well.
