They responded right away and came out right away. They were professional. They worked until dark. They covered the hole on the roof and came back the next day to clean everything up.

IT WENT GREAT COMPLETED THE JOB AND CLEANED UP AFTER THE WORK WAS FINISHED. VERY PROFESSIONAL. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

The team did a great job getting all the trees pruned, will hire again when the fruit trees are ready for pruning.

These guys are great. Second year in a row that I've hired them and will do so again next year. Rueben is very responsive and their work is excellent. They clean up very well when done. Very happy with all the work they've done for us.

Initially I was having difficulty getting an estimate from them, lack of return call etc. However once "contact" had been made they were prompt & courteous

We thought all went well and enjoyed watching the workmanship of this professional. The only negative side of the deal was wishing we had it in writing about the removal of all the trees after they were cut down. We thought they had it covered until the gentleman that Falcon had set up to haul out the trees took one look at the type of trees that he had taken down and decided it wasn't worth his time. We were able to connect with others and finally have gotten the last of the cut pieces off our property. We are still working on killing the stumps left as well which are a bit of an eye sore but we were pleased with the rest of the deal.

i paid 99 dollars as part of a deal to do 200 dollars worth of service for 99 dollars. i paid the money several months ago and have not heard from the man since. so i guess i will have to find someone else to do the work.

We were very happy and had his team do some additional work for us. They all were professional and cleaned up after the work.

Awesome work by the Falcon team; top notch and highly recommended. Perfectly straight on top and smooth on the sides. What more can I ask for! Careful with nearby plantings and very nice clean-up of the debris.

Work started 2 days late because of heavy rains. Once they started, they completed and cleaned up very quickly in the next day and a half. -- Great job.

I can't say enough good things about Ruben and Falcon Tree Service. They were very prompt in responding to my request for a bid, Ruben's work was great, he did it while no one was home, everything was cleaned up and I wished I had hired him years ago.

Well, they did an excellent job, I don?t know if they were a little high. I thought it was a little high, but I wasn?t going to argue. They did a good job. Basically, the tree really looked great and I don?t have to hassle with any low-hanging branches for a long time. I don?t have a lot of stuff falling all over the yard.

Out of three bids, they were the most reasonable and had the most understanding of our tree and both it's situation and close proximity to our deck. Confidence and knowledge can be traits that soothe and sway the decision making especially when the tree has been a prized part of the household. Not only were they prompt, but Falcon Tree Services arrived early to begin the task right on time. Their crew was careful, quick and efficient. The work done showed great competence. We were especially appreciative of the care they took to clean up nearly every trace of the carnage that had taken place. I only use the word "carnage" because of the size of our tree. If you're looking for a professional tree service that does what it says it will do, make a call to Falcon during your bid process.

It turned out okay. I was disconcerted by him because he was telling that Angie's List took the biggest portion of it. He was trying to work me down to cancel with Angie's List so he would make more money. We had a long debate. It came back to the amount that Angie's List advertised. I was a little bit apprehensive. When he came out here, he looked at what I needed to have done. He got here early when I wasn't home. When I was back, he was about done. He got it really done in a hurry. He did a good job. I was a little concerned with what appeared to be a manipulation of the deal. They did a good job and they did it quick. If we're talking about his work, I would give him a B. The pricing was good. There was no problem at all.

They came the day after the quote and were extremely efficient. The work was done in an hour, including raking and cleaning up.

Rubin Falcon set up an appointment, came out and gave me an estimate for $250. I asked him for a specific day to come out and to trim and groom one tree. He said he would get back with me to schedule. However after my calling him several times he has never returned my calls.

Was a very quick and efficient job.

The only difficulty was in scheduling. This is a busy time of year and my job was relatively small. They wanted to schedule it on on day with one or two other small jobs, but it only took a couple of weeks to find a time that worked for both our schedules. A crew arrived early and worked in unison to complete the job quickly and accurately. Tree and bush limbs were ground up on site and every speck of sawdust was cleaned up. I would highly recommend Fakcon Tree Experts!

They were prompt in responding to our original inquiry and set up an appointment for a day or two later. We were able to schedule the work for the next week. They did a very nice job and the actual cost ended up being less than their estimate. They cleaned up after themselves.

Falcon Tree Experts were punctual and kept in contact with us through the whole process. They were here on time and just got to work. The trees look great and we look forward to the new growth. Happy with their service except that they should have cut very large rounds of the tree trunk in half for easier transport, since I was keeping all the wood for firewood.

He told me his cut from the Big Deal was too low and refused to honor the Deal. I requested a new Deal through Angie’s List.

I typically do not like to give negative reviews, especially as I chose this this company based on a number of good reviews from Angies list, but I was very disappointed with my experience with Falcon Tree experts. I had contacted them to get a quote on stump grinding required on my property. I had asked them for a quote on two stumps in the front of the property, but also asked them for a separate quote on a total of 8 stumps (the 2 in front and 6 in the back) to determine the cost. I did receive a quote in a timely manner, but determined that I only needed the two in front completed at this time as the cost of doing them all was much higher than I wanted to spend at this time. I told them scheduling for the two stumps was flexible on my end so could be worked around their other jobs at their convenience. As I was advised by them, I purchased the Angie's list discount ($73 for $150 of tree service) after getting the quote to make sure the quote was acceptable. The actual work was scheduled to be done about a month later for the two stumps. The day before the job was to be done, I received a call from a gentleman from the firm saying he did not want to do the job as he didn't feel he could make enough money on the job and that he would only do it if I did the entire 8 stumps). I stated that my interest from the beginning quote through the email communication was for two stumps that were to be ground the next day only. He kept saying that it was not worth it unless I did the entire job and I felt he was trying to force me to give in. But, at this point, I knew that he was not interested in going through with the appointment. I then kindly asked for a refund on my Angies list amount, but he said he did not know how to do it so left it up to me to figure it out. I did get a second quote on the stump grinding, and the price was about the same. Like I said, there are a number of good reviews for this company, and maybe my particular job was not as profitable as others and yours might be more of an interest to them, but I do have to report both good and bad experiences.
