We had a pleasant experience during the estimate process, but could not agree upon an overall project price. The primary reason is a miscommunication as to how the Big Deal would be applied to the total project cost.

As he limed his ground crew did all the chipping and clean up as he went from tree to tree. They also bucked up the larger limbs for me and I ended up with about 3 cord of fire wood. He and his team were outstanding to work with and did an excellent job. Would I hire him again ??? With out a doubt I would !!! They were a pleasure to work with and I would encourage anyone who needed any work of this nature done to call him first. I, as a rule don't write a review unless I have a bad experience to make sure no one else has to go through what I did, However in this case he and his crew deserve kudos for doing a job that exceeded my expectations. First of all Ruben agreed to remove the trees on a very tight schedule, and was willing to come do it Saturday morning of a holiday weekend! He and his crew showed up on time and went to work removing the trees. Ruben climbed up the trees and took them down section by section. The ground crew maintained the area, removed all of the limbs, chipped them and cleaned up the area. Larger sections were cut for fire wood. The whole process took less than and hour and a half. They were great!

Our price reflect a discount of $150 due to an Angie's deal. The work was done in less than one hour and the crew cleaned up well after tree removal and trimming. The two man crew were very professional, proficient and diligent.

Reuben and his crew are great. They know their work and are personable and professional. Reuben was very good at explaining the job to me. I will certainly use Falcon again. I have pictures I would like to attach, but I cannot see an option for doing that.

All work was to plan and on time. It was a good show also.

Great communications. Returned my phone call promptly. Came out the same day to bid. Gave me time and date of tree cutting. Arrived a few minutes before schedule. Tree cut down and ALL remnants removed in 25 minutes. Site clean and professional. This is a father and son team--Ruben and Ruben, Jr. Do you want a pro? Hire these fellows! Splendid! You won't find any better!!

Ruben showed up promptly on the day before & gave me a very good estimate. Having used tree services before (not Falcon, however), I realized that the price was very reasonable and Ruben was quite knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He also had a lengthy discussion with me regarding the fungus disease attacking oak trees in this area, as I have a grove of scrub oaks in my front yard which we may be doing some trimming on later in the fall/early winter. We made an appointment for the next morning & they showed up promptly at the scheduled time. Ruben had two other employees with him that maintained the yard in pristine condition (although that wasn't that important in that section of my property). They cut up the wood into firewood sections & stacked it off the mowed section of the lawn so it could dry out over the winter. Watching Ruben climb all the way to the top of the cottonwood, as it was swaying back & forth, was very dizzying from my vantage place on the deck. He systematically moved from one tree to the other & the crew constantly was chopping debris, raking the lawn & blowing off remaining leaves. The entire process took slightly over 2 hours. They dumped the pile of chopped up debris right where I requested and I will spread it between my vegetable garden beds to decompose over the winter. Added bonus!

Very good experience. I feel that this company is knowlegable and capable to get the job done. They waited until a nice sunny day to complete the project, which I liked. Then they promptly came with equipment and got the job done. They left my yard clean and in a ready space for the next step. Over all good experience.

Awesome experience! Returned my call promptly and set up an estimate time for the following day, even though it was a holiday. Arrived on time, set a price we were happy with, and arrived the next day to remove a large tree. Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable in regard to tree removal, worked quickly, efficiently and safely. Very conscious to clean up the area and left everything neat and tidy. I would definitely use Falcon Tree Service again in addition to recommending them to family and friends.

I was very amazed at the tree climbing ability of the owner, and the professional job they did!

It went extremely well. They were always on time and finished the job in two days. They were eager to do anything additional we asked them to do. A VERY GOOD experience all the way around.

They did an excellent job they were very efficient and quick. Only complaint was they cut some of the pieces too large, they left some at over 24" in length.

I couldn't believe how hard they worked. They worked nonstop without taking a break. Instead of just pruning and cutting down stuff, he shaped things to make them look nice.

Ruben climbed the trees limbing them on the way up and then taking the trunk down in sections on his way back down. His team cleaned up and chipped the branches as he worked. Ruben is a great guy even if he is a little hard to understand on the phone. His guys work hard and they will do custom work as well.
